Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison

The check in was great, desk personnel are awesome. The room was great, spacious and clean, but would recommend that the room be serviced, cleaned, coffee station refilled, and towels be replaced at least once during my four day stay. The breakfast station opened at 6:30am, which was too late for me to use, recommend opening at 6am earlier for business people staying there. Otherwise, my stay was good, the room was good and the hotel location is great.

The staff at this location makes you want to book here. The cleaniness of this hotel is always on point (even the guest rest rooms).

Ms.Trish is very knowledgeable about products and services (which I can truly appreciate!!)

Now amenity awards upon asking from another staff member was not so knowledgeable (Her statement was. *WE DON'T DO THAT"!) Upon asking about an amenity beverage.

Everything was worth the stay.

Positive: Room was probably the cleanest we have experienced. Staff was more than helpful and friendly. Helped our friends get rooms when their previous hotel was terrible. Food was great. Will stay here again if we have business in this area.

We were late arrivals and were greeted warmly. Our room was on the 4th floor as requested and away from the elevator for quiet.

It's always nice to have a clean room with a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was hot and welcomed!

Loved the room, especially the insulated ‘barn’ door between the entry foyer & door, blocking any sound from the hall. I always appreciate a walk-in shower and great lighting in the bathroom. The staff was accommodating and friendly. However, I was disappointed in breakfast offering.

This hotel is the best in Addison, TX. It is so much better than the other chains close-by. Great staff, clean and fantastic breakfast. Rooms are nice and quiet with very comfortable beds. The bath is always clean and shining and well stocked with toiletries.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and receive great service with clean modern rooms. The location is close to a great many great restaurants and close to the toll road but far enough away so you don't hear traffic noise.
