I have stayed at Hyatt House on many occasions and it’s been a pretty good experience in the past. My current experience not so much. I booked a king 1 bedroom asked for something on the first floor. When I arrived No first floor room was available. The gentleman at the desk asked me to check back the next morning which I did. The next morning I go to the desk ask the gentleman says none are available but it wasn’t checkout time yet. He too my number said he would call me and I never heard back. The room I was in had a loud sound coming from the drain. Made it hard for my son to sleep. I called the desk today and was left on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and decided to walk to the desk. I get there and use if my issue and he says there are no kings available. He asked if I could take a Queen 1 bed room reluctantly I said yes because I needed a first floor room. The time I moved to is deplorable the carpet is frayed, the toilet is not sealed to the ground, the bathroom door is all scarred and paint is peeling. I was moved to a third room which was the best of the 3 however I had to sacrifice quiet for comfort! I paid over $600.00 for my stay and this is not acceptable! This is motel quality not hotel quality I am completely disappointed in my stay. Went to check out the desk person says he is still checking in late check ins. I had to go to catch my flight on time. He said i would receive an email with my final receipt. That was at 5 am it is now 6 pm and nothing. I’ve called the desk at least 10 times and no answer. No one follows thru at this property, don’t waist your money!

I stayed at the Hyatt House and overall it was a decent experience. The location is great and the staff is friendly. It has apartment vibes, which I liked, and there are some great amenities like a laundry, gym, and pool. The breakfast was decent, although the hot water in the shower took a while to heat up. The internet was a bit slow for my taste, but it wasn't a big deal.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt house.
I stayed there for 39 nights with zero bad experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed at the 2 bedroom suite which was really clean, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast included in your stay.

The hotel amenities includes basketball court, gym, pool, grill and laundry.

The only down side if your staying for long long time is the the breakfast selection, you will get bored, it’s the exact same thing everyday.

This hotel is very nice and served my family well for the week we were there. The room itself is a bit small and dated but it was airtight (very comfortable) and everything did work. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make it a great visit.

We had to book something last minute and this property fit our needs. We stayed in a two bedroom. It was very spacious. And the beds were very comfortable. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The room in general was very run down and in need of updating. The front desk was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. I will say that is was a little noisy all around. There were people out playing basketball past 11pm one night. I could hear people talking regularly. And the doors slam so loud when they shut. Thankfully, most of it ended and stayed quiet during the night. We slept great. The location was amazing. If they cleaned the rooms up, we would stay here every time we come to DFW.

My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom suite where the hotel's layout resembles a three-story garden-style apartment building (every room is accessed from the parking lot). We did not feel safe staying at this hotel and plan to never return again due to two reasons. First, the main entry door had to be pushed/pulled with extreme force in order to lock shut where my children, let alone my wife, weren't able to close it on their own. Second, our two exterior-facing windows have non-functioning locks. They have a latch, but nothing to actually latch into/onto, and the windows are accessible from the common area breezeway. We felt that our rooms could have been burgled in the day during our absence, or invaded in the evening while we slept. Management claimed ignorance when it was brought to their attention.

Safety issues aside, the condition of the hotel exterior and our suite interior were run down and in need of repairs and serious updates. Hotel staff were unconcerned or indifferent to our needs. Hotel constantly running out of supplies like bottled water, plates, napkins, food items, etc. Sleepless nights due to nearby light rail station, regional airport, and constant car alarm chirping/honking.

My advice is to stay elsewhere. The Hyatt House in Frisco is a much better choice.

Housekeeping always did an awesome job. They would even deposit any dishes into the dishwasher and run it so you have clean dishes by the time you're back. The only downside was that they don't have any elevators so going up two flights of a stairs with suitcases and three little kids was a bit much. However, they accommodated us by arranging for a room on the ground floor, which worked out perfectly.
