MainStay Suites Addison-Dallas

Positive: I loved the location. Tons of restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance. I loved the pool. The rooms were like awesome little apartments. I would totally live there Negative: This is most hotels nowadays, but bring back vending machines... there is not any selection of drinks, snacks or products in any of the hotels I have stayed at recently.

Positive: Nothing. There was no contential breakfast. Negative: Hotel room was very dirty food all over the couch. The shower had not been cleaned. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking hotel.

Staff was rude, I found crystal meth under my bed while checking for bedbugs. I had a horrible rash while I was here and the hotel itself is dirty. Worst place to stay in Addison & a really dirty little man walked in my room one morning. Idk if he worked there but he was dressed as if he were homeless. My last night I had to listen to a woman cry while getting beat. The management did NOTHING. They are cowards.

My best friend was coming to town she booked a room here and ask me to go and see how it looks, well I went there really and truly this is one to say looks can be deceiving. walked up trash can over flowing, flower bed no flowers, dirty with trash and cigarette buts all on the ground and door entrance, sidewalk dirty, walked in look in the break area it was blocked off with refrigerators, carpet dirty, furniture is worn out. I didn't get to see a room the lady said they was all booked to come back, I'm really scared to see the room. Me and her were Wyndham people, when we go out of town, it haven't been working for me too. Same issues. Corporate needs to pick someone to go out and look at all of there sites. the sites that's online is very deceiving.

AS AN EMPLOYEE I ADVISE YOU TAKE HEED.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL IN DALLAS. ITS VERY OVER PRICED AND FILTHY AS HELL. ITS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. ALSO ROACHES. AT LEAST 2 people die a month. And guess what. They clean that blood up and move you right in ASAP. Smh the service is poor. Management is horrible for employees AND guests. People steal. Housekeepers steal. Guests cars get stolen. Majority of the guests that stay there are junkies and their friends are homeless. It’s ridiculous. If you go to this hotel after reading this review, you literally are rich and desperate. Just save you health, time, and money and go to a MOTEL! even those are better smh

The Mainstay Suites Addison-Dallas is the most disgusting extended stay my wife and I have ever stayed at. The room we were given had water leaking from the ceiling from another customer. The room number was 230. We were switched to room 328, which was in worse condition. At first, it was okay but the longer we stayed the more roaches that came out. Looks are very deceiving The trash was always overfilled on the inside of the building. Had to put roach traps and had to spray every day. The floors and couch were covered in spots of reeked urine smell throughout the room. No dishwasher. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We were customers for 40+ days. Harmon and Steve were the worst people to deal with. Steve confirmed me for a reservation that we did not need. We checked out on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. But we were charged for an extra day even though the reservation was until Friday the 11th. She charged us for Wednesday. We deserved all of our money. Now we are missing about $40-50 from our refund. Do not ever stay here pay more to stay somewhere else.

The Hotel and staff as a whole was nice. My room was always cleaned and bed made daily. Also fresh clean towels daily were nice. However, somehow 2 bags of clothes came up missing from my room.

My room was cleaned everyday, pretty good cleaning. Only Paul was nice and helpful the rest of the staff are rude
Also-there is no breakfast, its loud, they are still doing maintenance, no gym, and NONE of the amenities that were listed are available at this time
