If I could give it 0 stars I would. The cleaning crew was great. But there was food still in the refrigerator from multiple guests behind me. Rotten milk. Random red liquid in a Tupperware. Moldy bread in the fridge. It was obvious the fridge hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. Also, the toilet wouldn’t flush and I had to fix it myself. But when I left, the hotel staff asked my friend to ask me to clean the hotel room. I left 0 mess minus a full trash can and maybe some scraps that I figured would get swept up quickly. Yet they asked me to clean up the “large mess” I never made. They were kind enough to let me bring my dog with a small fee but the fact they asked me to clean a mess I never made and then to tell me I had to clean out the fridge despite it obviously not being my good in there, is absurd.

I am a "if you don't have something good to say..."
But I've never been turned away at a hotel/motel where I have a reservation, just cos I booked on Hopper. And they need a virtual card? I wouldn't turn away a stray dog after an international travel.

You'd be simply daft if you have anything to do with this place.

This is the review I wish I read before all this. Hope it helps one person.

My brother made reservations for me and my nephew. We went to check in and they could not find the reservations yet it was prepaid. My brother whom is in bad health had to drive down here. We thought it was cleared up, we checked in and just getting comfortable when the front desk person came to our room and said we had to leave because she could not verify the confirmation. We left and called my brother again. He again had to drive back to the hotel again to be told it was the front desk clerks mistake. When we asked for the manager at the very beginning she stated she was the manager. Come to find out she is not the manager. I asked my brother to cancel the reservation but since we/he were there we kept them. I personally will never stay here again after this visit. My brother is having a major surgery tomorrow and that's why we are in town. He did not need the unnecessary stress and should not have had to drive there twice in 100+ degree temperatures. My nephew and I sat in the van for over an hour in the heat. That's totally inexcusable. I do not recommend this establishment.

Rooms had dirty pillows along with marks, such as pen marks, on the sheets as well. Bed was feeling unstable like it was going to collapse anytime honestly. Personnel working there was hard to communicate with in English and very primitive systems that took forever to work just to pay. Key card was reset times and had to get it re done each time.

The facility is ran down, trashy, smelly, and way to expensive. Was there for a week. Took my own toiletries and such, thank goodness. I couldn't get them to supply an extra roll of to and at check out she says "no deposit, you no pay deposit you get no deposit back". The sign at registration desk very clearly says there will be a deposit fee returned upon checkout. We didn't get any of that money

The price is not $50~$55, it is $80+. With no breakfast (even though each room has a sign saying there is), no soap, and stained sheets, you are better off at a Motel 6. Stay. Away.

It’s weird to lay out trays and dishes in the lobby dining room if you’re never going to fill them with food. Dystopian as all hell.

There are plenty of decent places to stay at for $80 a night, this is not one of them.

Oh and I had to argue with the front desk lady about how I didn’t have a TV remote who insisted the problem was that I didn’t know how to turn it on, no lady, there just wasn’t a remote and I’d prefer not to be stuck watching the Kardashians.

If I could rate it lower, I would. As a Hindu myself, just know, if anyone claims racism in an owner’s response, know it is BS.

A lot of the hotels that are not american owned do not serve breakfast anymore. They use the pandemic as an excuse. If I saw a sign that said free breakfast and didn't get it. I would be upset
This is a old building.ci talked to a guy who stayed there and before he checked out he said he was mad about no toilet paper. So he went down the hall and speed. That's why it smells so bad. I hear that someone is buying the property along with a shopping center that's old nearby and building condos.

EXTREMELY rude. Told me check in was @3pm, then told me my room would be ready at 4 because they didn’t see my reservation till that moment (that was set over 6 hours ago). After some time, proceeded to say “oh you have a discount. We won’t have any rooms for you, you don’t have a reservation” BUT YOU JUST DESCRIBED MY RESERVATION AND CONFIRMED MY DETAILS. Rude, lied multiple times. Made racist remarks about myself and children thinking we couldn’t speak or understand her language. Disgusting.
