Room was not to satisfaction. Entered the room and everything seemed fine until I went to use the sink and noticed hairs on the corners of the sink. The mirror was all smudged on and when I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel to see hair on it. Bed were comfortable, but everything other was unacceptable.

Good price, no-BS booking. Wonderful friendly staff and clean, spacious room with a modern aesthetic.

Just be aware-- there's no complimentary breakfast; I misread on the website and then misunderstood what a staff member said, leading me to think that there was breakfast when there wasn't. Seemingly wasn't their fault, though.

The staff was very nice, however there is nothing that can be done with a hotel requiring updating to meet brand standards. Food Availability? Great if you want a cookie. Or maybe a drink. Nothing else in the hotel. Hallway carpet? STAINED and dirty throughout. Room Carpet? Suffice to say I never went barefoot in the room. Room Lounge seating? GROSS ROUND STAINS THROUGHOUT. I covered it with a blanket. Bathroom? Don't know where to begin. UPDATE! Room TV? It did not get ANY local chanels. Want to watch the news? Better do it on your phone, the room TV was basically nonfunctional. I will never stay here again. If the second night hadn't already been charged to my card, I would have left to stay with friends in Frisco.

It wasn’t horrible, but it definitely didn’t meet our expectations. Was not informed at check in that breakfast would not be served which is posted all over the hotel. The rooms were clean, but the sheets were as wrinkled as could be. The biggest issue is we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was not inspected within a proper amount of time. We ended up checking out early and moved to a different hotel.

Do not stay here. Badly needs a renovation.

Fire alarm went off 3 times 4am, 5:30am, 6:45am and comically just now as I write this at 7:34am.

No hot water in my room.

Room was gross and shower had hairs all over it.

I travel a lot for work and this is the worst IHG experience I have ever encountered.

Giving 2 stars because the guy at the desk was super nice and check in.

Had a reservation for 2 queen beds. Checked in and went to room. A king bed for 3 people was not going to cut it. Front desk person offered us a suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper. I have never seen a “clean” room so filthy. The sofa was stained and dirty, the carpet was stained and dirty. My college sons apartment wasn’t even this gross, and his furniture came from a garage sale. We were in town for a surgery, had we not arrived so late in the evening I would not of stayed there. Went to another hotel for the next night. I have tried to reach someone there because they charged my room for 2 nights and not at the rate quoted. The bathrooms were a whole different story. Do not stay at this hotel. So gross.

They didn’t service our room because we had our do not disturb sign up at 9am, even thought they didn’t come by to service our room until 2pm, and we had taken our do not disturb sign off at 10am.

Also had a bad experience with the front desk about towels. There were four of us in our room, but they would only allow us to have three towels. We were told they were limited on towels and couldn’t give us any extra.

I’m sure some corporate guy thought they could save money by only limiting each room to three towels. Well now they put the hotel staff in the awkward position of explaining they can’t give more than three towels to a room of four people…

love when a hotel is walking distance to restaurants. You'll have a few choices here. everyone is friendly and helpful.
Room is efficient and comfortable. only issue was that the climate control had a mind of it's own. We randomly came back to a broiling or freezing room. even when we left it off upon leaving.
