Only giving two stars because ONE of the managers is nice. Otherwise, this place sucks. Roaches everywhere, you run into them when you walk down the hall. People wipe boogers on the wall, the elevator (when it’s working) constantly smells really weird and there’s gross stains on the floor all the time. Really sketchy people live here, I’ve been harassed by nasty men almost every day. Homeless people and people who’ve been kicked out chill in the hallways and stairs and I could hear them at night.
Oh not to mention, it’s over $1200 a month for the tiniest one bedroom i’ve ever seen.

$419 weekly one room there are cockroaches everywhere they have a pest control but it is not effective, the corridors smell of marijuana and cigarettes, the place is too expensive for the infrastructure provided, it is a good area but the buildings are in poor condition.

When I first moved to Texas just like moving from any other state and you have no family there you have to find somewhere to stay and I did I actually enjoyed standing at this particular location I had no issues I had no bugs I really enjoyed it me and my kids have stayed several times throughout me moving from Oklahoma to Texas from Texas to Oklahoma Oklahoma to Texas LOL back and forth over the years they have went up quite a bit but of course that's everywhere this staff doesn't bother you if you're not bothering them which is a good thing to me they do require that someone comes in to spray so that's a good thing also they were friendly anytime that I went into the office to pay rent or pay for my stay however you want to look at it was no loud music parking lot pretty quiet kids running in and out no different than an apartment complex my car was never messed with no kids were ever playing around my car might be because where I parked at I had no issues I actually had a very great experience every time I have stayed probably four or five times for the last 12 years off and on but I am now permanently a resident of Texas so I have not been there in over 2 years I am here to stay so I won't be going back however I think someone would definitely enjoy their stay there if they're moving from out of state and don't want to stay with family or don't have family to stay with sometimes you got to do what you got to do to survive and that's exactly what I did and I think them for allowing me to stay

Basic and poor customer service.Very unprofessional when handling business.
My room had roaches the day I moved in and the AC unit never works right

Not worth the price.. and maintenance is very slow it takes weeks for them to fix anything

I have been here at the Budget Suites of America for a year as of this January/2022. When I moved in the ac unit was not working and leaked all the time. I work overnights and would come home to puddles of water several different times for months. They went through 5/6 ac units for months just to finally rebuild the outside framing which was the problem and has been resolved. There are also roof leaks that no one has fixed the whole time ive been here. The water comes out of my kitchen light which is HIGHLY dangerous. The water also leaks down a side wall next to the fridge which is dangerous. As of Nov 21,2021 at 2pm I made a call because the refrigerator stop cooling completely. They only came to look at it which the maintenance guy confirmed it wasn't cooling just for him to then stated his boss said to swop it out next day. Now I have no food at all because its been not cooling the whole time im at work. That was my thanksgiving food and food to make it by for the week. This is so unfair and very unprofessional. I dont have money to replace what all I lost because of them and it’s Thanksgiving week.

Everybody's complaining about the quality of the hotel. I've yet to come acrossI've yet to come across a singleI've yet to come across a single BudgetI've yet to come across a single Budget Suites in the entire United States that didn't have roaches and a couple of questionable staff. Honestly it's normal for an extended stay. Price is a little high, but we are I. Addison, so that's to be expected. It's not south dallas people 🤣

This place is by far the most disgusting, deceitful, unprofessional establishment I have stayed in since coming to the Dallas Texas area. First, I was told that after 6 weeks I would receive a state refund check. Well that was back in October 2020. I still have not received a dime as of yet. Second, this place is infested with roaches and rats, not mice. Good thing, I am a clean person and I have no roaches and I went behind them and got the roaches out myself. Third, the furniture is old and the dressers was hanging off the hinges. But again, we fixed that too. They say on the website Wi-Fi is included, not! As of today, I have had it with this place and we are about to move. They are fraudulent, please do not waste your time at the Addison location.
