Apartments are nice looking
Cons:
Roach Infestation- they are literally everywhere.
Surrounded by construction and since there is zero sound proofing to the outside you hear digging, beeping, etc all day long
Safety issues- multiple break ins, ODs, someone with a gun, fire alarms going off. Addison Fire and Police are here all the time.
Packages get stolen
Office is refusing to respond to my emails
The apartments look good but if you’re looking to have all these issues you can definitely do it for a lot cheaper.
Jennifer doesn’t care about water coming from your ceiling at all! She said it’s minor because it’s only in one part of my apartment so it’s fine!
Addition. You not anyone you know needs to live here. Whether it is dealing with the god awful parking garage with only one entrance and turning space barely wide enough for two cars to pass each other. So you are always risking an accident entering or leaving the parking garage. And since the garage only has one entrance facing a taqueria with its entrance facing the parking garage. Finding a time that you can enter without it being a headache is virtually impossible. Picture proof below of what our every night has turned into. And yes that is our own apartments dumpster blocking half of the barely useable street.
Now let’s talk about the apartments themselves. They are nice kept but you can very easily hear anyway talking in the hallway or in their own apartment through the thin doors. And while they will claim that all the hallways are ‘temperature’ controlled we spent 8 months with our hallway being warmer than it was outside.
The bottom line is for the price you will pay to live here. You will easily find something with less construction around it and more accessibility to come and go from home.
