I believe this was a nice hotel back in its day. The bathroom was in poor condition and need of updates. Other updates would include the door security card system. I had to have new cards made a few times for just one night’s stay. The price is decent and the front of the hotel gives the appearance that you will have a nice stay. The size of the hotel may cause you to have to walk a great distance to your room. I can tell the staff is trying, but they may be in need of more pay. The front desk concierge (female) did not seem pleased we needed to arrange for late checkout. I work from midnight to 6 in the morning, and felt I need just a couple of extra hours to sleep. I am also a traveling customer to these hotels, so I was not expecting resistance.

Hotel is in a quiet area with outside and garage parking which is very handy during storm season. Both are free. Room was nicely appointed and the bed and linens were comfortable and of good quality. Hotel staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. We arrived very late so the small "store" next to the front desk was handy for bottled water, fresh fruit and chips. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. When we came in, the shower was dirty but the front desk asked if we wanted to move or wait until housekeeping could clean it in the morning. Other than that, everyone was very nice especially Donna. She was always so helpful and always making sure we were okay. She’s amazing.

Overall great experience and value. The room was very nice and updated. Very clean and the bed was firm like I like beds. They provided actual glasses to drink from and the toiletries were of good quality as well. You get a huge mirror that spans both closet doors and they even include a robe for you to wear as well. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic. Probably the best breakfast I've had at any hotel. The servers in the restraunt are very attentive and the bartenders at night are very friendly. The front desk staff were very kind and pleasant both at check-in and check-out. The only thing I wish was open would have been the pool and hot tub, but I understand that some places close their outdoor pools after labor day. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Also, I read reviews about having to pay for parking g, but we didn't have to pay for parking.

Located a reasonable distance from anything you might need such as food, coffee, or shopping. The room was spacious and very clean. The faucet handle for the shower was a little difficult to turn on but the shower was fantastic. When we needed extra towels they were delivered very quickly given how busy they were when we called. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had to go to Dallas on business and this location was close to where our meeting was scheduled. It is a nice, but older property. There were also issues with our check-in due to problems with the cleaning staff. It was almost 2 hours before we could finally check-in. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, but appeared very overwhelmed. The room we got was nice enough for just an overnight, but not for anything longer. The beds were fine, but the carpet was stained and shows definite signs of wear. The bathroom has been remodeled, but the floor tile also shows wear and has no exhaust fan. Unless we are under time or price constraints we won't stay at this location again.

When we arrived we found it difficult to park and when we checked in we were told it would be $18 a day to park! Thankfully we were only staying one night!
The pool picture online is desirable, but reality was FAR from it! So many leaves in the pool! There were leaves on the bottom that were starting to stain the pool as well as many leaves on top of the water!
The hot tub was the same way! It was completely unusable! Front desk was notified, but was told it had been stormy...not an excuse not to clean your pool for weeks! You couldn’t walk around pool without walking on all the small tree droppings!
They were out of king beds so we got a room with a double, no big deal....except they were tiny! We slept separately just to be more comfortable! Not to mention one was about to fall down!

Had gotten a decent room the last time I visited but this time the room was horrible. While I always bring my own bleach cleaner; this time, I had to use it to dissolve mold on shower wall. (Black Mold on White Tile); Carpet was stained, ceiling had been poorly repaired from water damaged. But the front desk staff were SUPER nice and efficient. Caitlin changed my room without an issue because in the first room, neither the heat nor the phone worked. Dining room staff were very polite and attentive, breakfast was decent. Overall the rooms need updating. But the room served it's purpose, we got some rest.
