Stayed two nights last week while in the area on business. Front desk as well as breakfast staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. The area was pretty decent with many food choices within a five minute drive. The fitness center was pretty decent offering cardio, weights, and cable machine.
My room was dark and very dated. I could clearly hear the lady talking on the phone next door. I could also hear the TV next door as well. The thermostat in the room was very old, not offering a “constant fan” option to minimize the usual clunking noise as the compressor cycles on and off throughout the night. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep.
If you aren’t a light sleeper you might find this hotel ok.

Clean affordable . QUIET Great Location but would be even better if not for all of the construction going on but that's no fault of the hotel. I like that they have patio access I got a patio room. The View isn't the greatest of course but it's still a nice option to have. Fyi doesn't serve complimentary breakfast. You must pay for it. I decided to go out for breakfast so I can't speak on price or what they serve here. I had issues connecting my tablet to the wifi. First time ever having an issue with a Marriott place. Phone connected fine but not tablet. Called the front desk and based upon the error that I read him he said he would have the server reset but I never could connect my tablet the entire stay.

This was my first time staying at this particular location. The hotel was nice. The only downside was the couch in the room. You can't sit on it and sit with your feet touching the floor. It was really awkward.

Fine location we have used for most of our trips to Dallas for OU-TEXAS weekend. Only issues this time were a sticking door lock tumbler that neither our door key or our mobile key would consistently unlock unless we really gave the door handle a "shove." Also, we had no room cleanup/service during the time of our stay. And as good as they are overall, Courtyard's in-room coffee is awful. Holiday Inn Express gives you a Kuerig machine and an assortment of cups even if you stay only overnight. While I still like Courtyard, they're slipping just a bit in the value proposition.

There is a ton of construction going on right outside of this hotel, which makes the location pretty difficult to get in and out of. I know it's not a long-term thing, but it still impacts my thoughts about the place. Also, the front of the hotel doesn't really even look like a hotel when you pull up, which is a bit odd.

The staff were great, and their service was excellent. I had breakfast both mornings and the food/coffee was excellent! Check-in was a breeze, and they did a good job with the cleanliness. My biggest complaints about the room was the toilet was extremely small and had a misfitting seat on it. Additionally the bed was really worn, with a large sag in the middle from wear.

Its not a bad place, but we'd probably look around at other options next time to see if there was anything better around.

Room was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable but on the harder side. There was a starbucks/Cafe in the lobby so they did not have complimentary breakfast, hot water, or coffee in the lobby and they did not have tea packets in the room. The staff was very friendly.

I am nit picking: Decent enough place for a quick stay. I was expecting the rooms to have a little better equipment considering the lobby is gorgeous and very modern. TVs and patios are outdated also for some reason the gray makes it seem “dated”

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me. The manager, Juan, is exceptional at guest services and helped me out majorly I was in a pinch. Such a great team at this hotel and I'm so thankful for my stay there!
