Rooms are standard. Clean, and comfortable. However, this is my 6th time staying here and they always smell of smoke. That aside, any issues you may have are promptly taken care of. I'll definitely keep using this motel.

Rent it for 2 days coming in from out of town late night.. Check in clerk was cordial. Unfortunately a lot of stragglers hanging out late around my room. No security.. Which therefore led to why my car was broken into right in front of at the office with a camera view. Requested to see the video footage, that never happened. Had to call corporate office. That was my first and last stay..

Booked through Priceline , neither entity knows what the other is doing. They require a deposit that is NOT disclosed until after you pay, now if you have the funds no problem but if you don’t you will find yourself sleeping in your car like a bum. Also they canceled my reservation. So by the time I transferred money they didn’t have a room for me. I paid $78.97 and the deposit was $50.00 they wouldn’t accept the $48.00 I did have but it looks like I’ll get the $78.97 back in a week. Do yourself a favor don’t book at red roof inn

Roaches, roaches, roaches! It’s very cheap, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. Infested with roaches. I was moved from one room with roaches to another that had even more! Also I stayed for a week and on 2 different nights there were instances with about 5 Cop cars and a couple of state troopers involved.

The room had some peeling paint in the shower and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location can't be beat and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Great value for the price!

The Manager and Staff here are very knowledgeable and are always available to help with any need one might have. There is also 24 hour desk clerk which increases a person's confidence and safety level to relaxed and happy.

Poor Customer Service 1/6/2022 , Very Racist to people of color. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE.
