Positive: Staff was courteous, with quick response to questions/requests. Hotel lobby is nicely appointed with plenty of space for quests to relax. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Pool area was clean, inviting & was great for all ages.

We chose this hotel because it has a mini-fridge and microwave in its rooms. Breakfast is not included, you pay $9.95 for a continental breakfast (grits, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, and coffee) the pool it's outdoor and the jacuzzi was not working on our weekend. We found the price of $99/night for the July 4th weekend. Allowing us to get our tickets to Kaboom City. Yay.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Excellent customer service. No complimentary breakfast, but the options at extra cost were solid and the staff was very accommodating, even charged me less for the continental buffet when I went I opted for just that.

This is a very nice property. Very clean and the staff is very nice. Especially Kristi. She went above and beyond to take care of me.

I have stayed here my last two trips into the Addison area and I always enjoy my stay. For one, this hotel is less than 5 minutes from my office. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is quiet. It always seems to be more business travel which I enjoy not having screaming kids running around like in more touristy areas. There are multiple restaurants close by that are really good. There are a lot of fast food options as well if you need something on the go, and a really good Starbucks is just at the next red light.

They were late getting our room ready for us which was booked way in advance. The wifi never worked. The lady the night before at the front said breakfast was free the next morning & the guy in the morning said it was $8.95 a plate when we went down to eat. We had a suite as well. Not friendly at the front desk. We stayed night of 12/10/22

Great experience at Hilton this past weekend. Greeted professionally upon arrival. Request for a first room floor was granted with a smile. Room was super clean and had everything you need. Really good free coffee in the morning! Check out was fast and easy. We've found our new hotel for our frequent Dallas trips. See you in May!
