As a top to your member I was extremely dissatisfied with this stay. At check in I wasn’t asked to even present ID, I was treated as an annoyance when I asked for basic directions to the room. The room is dirty and had holes in the sheets, the air conditioner was almost nonexistent and I was not able to take a hot shower as there was no hot water. I have never experienced such horrible customer service nor have I ever stayed in a room that made me feel dirty.

We love staying here. The location is great, you’re close to ANYTHING you need and more. It’s safe. The staff is wonderful. We are in the process of building a new home so we do the hotel life a lot, this team has been wonderful. We’ve extended stays and they make it simple, we’ve checked in early. The breakfast is your good old convention breakfast: coffee, juice variety, eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, bagels, toast & muffins, cereal, fruit. Everything always tastes just fine and they put out plenty of condiments. I believe Hunter is the manager that has helped us a lot’s name and he is wonderful. Room service does a great job, the rooms are always clean. I can see little quirky things that need repair but nothing to make me turn away or question the cleanliness or safety. We really enjoy staying here.

Best word to describe the room is....dingy. Floors are sticky, bathroom doors don't shut, sheets are no longer white, remnants of past guests in bathroom, drawers and cabinets and towel hooks are broken, staff walk around barefoot and appear to live on the property. Had a long stay and personally witnessed them provide a room that had issues to open its door to a different guinea pig guest each day, resulting in the guest being locked out of their rooms with their belongings in tow. Not comparable to any Hilton brand hotel I've ever been to. The girl that works at the front desk appears to live on the property and does not embody guest centricity. Oh, and just make sure you have time if you would like to have your room refreshed - there is probably one housekeeper for this property. Save your time and your money! There are plenty of comparable ($) options in the area with much better amenities and guest service. Eventually. I left in seek of a cleaner, more accommodating hotel.

I'm a Hilton Honors member so I stay with Hilton locations. I booked this after reading the reviews, so my expectations was already low.

Now lets get the good things out of the way. Easy location, easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the rooms since they all have individual entry from outside. The digital key access worked great and never failed me the entire time. Everything in the room was working (with a few quirks) The Fridge, Microwave, and the usual Hilton Marble countertops all around - they were all fine. The furniture were good as well. Shower was great, the bathroom has the Hilton white marble and such -

I didn't have breakfast - even though it was included, I just didn't have the time as I was in town for work so no comment on that.

I think most of the complaints from the other reviewers is due to the fact that this looks like it was an old apartment complex. This was not a motel(i think), definitely an apartment complex from its layout. The walls were refurbished "in a hurry" so the walls have weird patches and such, some of the fixtures are not mounted correctly, or loose or uneven (like the tower racks all were halfway installed) The carpet is thick and sticky (kept my shoes on the entire time) - the bed was fine, but the bed frame was weird parts sticking past the bed shape so that was odd.

The other issue : this is a Homewood suites / which means they allow long-term stays and such, from what I saw while I was there - there's a number of people that lives here.

For the room itself, the worse part is the carpet. That was just gross.

The room was very clean and nice. What I really loved about my stay here was breakfast! Chef Mark cooks his food with love and I can tell. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

I thought that this would be a nice place to stay after viewing the pictures online, however I was definitely fooled. There were so many things but I'll just name a few. This was our anniversary weekend so I was definitely disappointed. When we walked into the room,it looked very nice but after staying for 2 days, things started to reveal itself. They only had one set of towels for 1 person,so I decided call the front desk however the phones didn't work. I then had to use my phone and it took several transfers and hang ups to reach the front desk. We waited for the towels for awhile but eventually had to leave for dinner. Upon our return, the towels were at our door on the dirty floor and no, they weren't in a bag. The bathroom shower was very dirty around the bottom and the shower door handle just fell off. I seen a couple of brown bugs flying around,as small as a gnat. The carpet definitely needed shampooing so I only wore socks or shoes. On the last day the toilet water wouldn't fill up/flush, so my husband had to fill the trash can with water and pour it in the toilet for it to flush. Now that's only a few things but enough to let anyone know that looks are deceiving. I will say that upon check in, the man was very nice and the lady was nice at check-out however the young lady that worked the night shift had zero customer service skills & didn't seemed concerned about anything. I did leave a list of complaints at check-out but never heard from the manager as I was advised. I'm a Hilton friends and family member and travel quite a bit, so this was very surprising to have this many issues. I usually don't post reviews however this had to be done. I understand that nothing is perfect but when you're in the business of hospitality & customer service, things should be A+.

We had no air conditioning upon arrival, leftover food in the fridge, and the entire room reeked like smoke. Front desk said they would contact maintenance about AC, but no help ever arrived. When we approached front desk again, she said she would just check us out because there was no more rooms. There was no apology or anything… Terrible experience.

The bathroom door also locked from the outside??? Therefore you could lock someone in the bathroom, very confusing.

I checked in late after 10p from a road trip and there wasn’t any wash towels available. Just big towels to dry not wash., I tried to call customer service and the phone wasn’t working so I walked to the front desk and requested towels to which I was told they would be delivered to my room shortly! After an hour, still no towels so I went back down and was told they would be a available early in the morning. At 840am I was awakened when housekeeping knocked on the door with papers for me to check out! Still no towels. I used my cell to call the front desk and was told someone would bring them to my room. They did, and they brought the same big towels no face towels. I was told weren’t any face towels available. I have a hand injuring and can’t squeeze the big towels out, So I haven't showered and it is now check out time. I have to find somewhere else to shower. Extremely disappointed.
