Colin’s service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and although not everything was able to be fitted prior to delivery this was due to unavailability of parts. Colin kept me updated regularly and made the process smooth and trouble free. A great experience with Colin and Westpoint Auto!!!

Delighted with the Dealer service, and obliging staff, in particular Vaughan and Colin. Straight shooting, were upfront about recent SY past challenges ( I was never concerned, product quality and raving fan owners sold me) a test drive confirmed that these were exceptional utes, with luxury appointments. They worked as a team seamlessly, were prepared to hold the stock whilst in transit for 1 month. Thanks, absolutely delighted with the Atlantic Blue Musso LWB Ultimate Luxury.

Love our musso.
Service extremely poor. We had to chase them up. Too many errors. Wrong parts. Delays not notified. Calls and emails not returned. Lack of communication between their internal departments. Information sought not supplied.
Once they have your $$ they don't seem to care.

Bought a new car from Westpoint Auto and their customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no real handover of the car by anyone who knew anything about the vehicle; the child they had show me around the car new less about it than I did. The car was poorly prepared for delivery, despite being charged a predelivery fee. I still have plastic in places that they failed to remove. Equipment I asked for was not delivered with the vehicle and three months later the silence is deafening.
Go somewhere else. Despite what their pathetic advertising says, Westport Auto do not care about their customers, only their money. If I could score them lower, I would do so. They make (new) used car salesmen look bad.

Follow Up - 240522. All that was said for the delivery of the vehicle and the handover process remains extant. However, Westpoint Auto Manager John has done a sterling job of service recovery and I must say congratulations to him. If not for his efforts I would remain disgruntled with Westpoint.
TO Westpoint I suggest you invest in having Quality processes created which will enable staff to follow a step by step guide to ensure that customers are delighted with the service they receive as well as the automobile they have purchased. While you may believe you have such checklists my experience would indicate either you do not or they are not being used - regardless of the inexperience of the staff.

Just walk and found the sales Colin was very helpful and not pushy with professional attitude. Sign a new Musso the next day and everything went smoothly to the end when i took the keys of the vehicle. Another mentioned here is Olivia whom help me with the finance and insurance whom is very easy and great to deal with. No judgment and always ready to give an assist.
Will recommend more friends and family for them for sure.

Buyer beware, stay away from this dealership. After sales service is non existent here, ordered and paid for genuine parts with a Musso but after several months still nothing, not even an ETA. No follow up and practically have to beg to ask for an update. Avoid your disappointment and purchase a vehicle eslewhere, I definitely won't be back and would never recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Westpoint Autos SsangYong Moorooka. Staff are all friendly and most helpful. We could not be happier. It was extremely stressful with such an important decision for hubby and I with purchasing my first new car. So happy when all staff managed to put me at ease! We dealt mostly with Colin, he was extremely knowledgeable with the vehicle we ended up buying and others we test drove too leading up to our final choice. Thank you guys 😊
