From the start when I arrived to look at cars they were friendly, helpful and product knowledge was fantastic.

No pressure to buy or force extras that I did not want, getting me on the road in my new car within only a couple of days from deciding I would buy.

Top marks to all the team but especially Emily and Russel for such a service I will highly recommend to others and happily return when in the market for another car.

Michael made it easy. From an online enquiry Michael responded swiftly to answer any questions that I had. And also went out of his way to take more photos of the vehicle for me as I resided 2 hours away.

The process after taking the vehicle for a test drive the next day to signing the dotted line was very smooth and no hassles at all.

I would highly recommend going in too see Michael if your in the market for a new used car.

Had a fantastic experience here with the whole team. Initially assisted by Michael, who encouraged us to test drive the different makes of dual cab we were interested in and politely checked for several weeks after. When we eventually were ready, Michael was on leave and we were helped by Russell, who was also fantastic. We ended up buying a Mercedes X250D for a really reasonable price. Delivery was smooth although we were surprised the tank was only half full - not sure if that's normal or an oversight. Em in finance was also a complete hoot to deal with. Thanks to the whole team.

Tom was our sales person on this, our second vehicle. We are very happy with the friendly, helpful service. Tom was attentive to our needs in a vehicle and we felt as though the vehicle he chose he would have chose for himself. He went out of his way to address all of our concerns and we happily drove both of our motorama vehicles off the lot this afternoon. (we still want a pen tho Tom 😁)

I had the most amazing and seamless experience with the whole team at Motorama. My initial contact was with Russell, who offered for me to come in and have a look at the car I was interested in. Russell was a little held up when I had time to pop in, so Zac stepped in and looked after me and was extremely informative and helpful. Everything was so quick and easy!! Their Business Manager, Em, is an absolute sweetheart and is incredible at what she does! She made the whole process for me so much easier and literally took all of my stress away almost immediately after speaking with her. Everything was sorted and finalised within a couple of days!!
