We bought a new 6060 Mahindra couple of weeks ago.
Their rep came to our farm, looked at our trade in and gave us a fair price on the new machine.

We are totally pleased with the new tractor and the service provided. Great company to deal with.

Purchased a 4025 4wd and has been an excellent machine for me. The dealer i went through got out of selling them but we now have a closer dealer. It missed it's 1st service because of that but have since done it myself.I would buy more of their products.

My Mahindra Ute Loaded for my work. Now towing a tandem work trailer as well.
Happy with my vehicle.

Be wary of dealing with Lockyer Farm Machinery. I ordered & paid for a brand new Mahindra tractor. Was delivered a 2018 model with 7.1 hours on the clock. Contacted both Lockyer Farm Machinery & Brisbane head office but no response. I simply want what I paid for (a new tractor) or to pay for what I actually got - a 2 year old tractor with time on the clock. Bitterly disappointing experience.

The ute would simply cut out without warning and could take between 2 to 30 mins before it would be able to be restarted.
The gearbox was rebuilt once and blew up again soon after! When I bought the ute I was promised by the dealership that a dealership would be in my area within 6 months. NEVER HAPPENED! Very few mechanical workshops in my area would work on the vehicle due to lack of parts availability. Its best feature was its off road ability, when it was going. I now own a popular japanese 4x4 that is totally reliable and only slightly less capable as a 4x4.

Trusty little work horse.
I bought a 2nd hand 2014 Genio with less than 50000kms on it, then fitted an insulated box body, 2.7x1.8x1.9m high on it. I use it a service field truck, so is fitted out with doors and windows, benches and all my tools, gennie etc etc.
Bottom line is that I have about 1150kg of gear, box, benches and tools etc. Day in day out, I never have less. I have done over 25000km now, done the regular servicing, some tyres and thats all.
Consistently does about 10.4l/100km, better if I get out on the motorway.
Pros: good little truck, easy to drive, really well sorted gearbox ratios, quite comfy, has sufficient mod cons for a tradies truck.
Cons: Basic interior ( but easy to clean), bit noisy, only in manual. Its all just basic but OK.
Summary: its my work truck, not a showoff vehicle, not ever gonna catch modern utes for speed but it does the job.
Bottom line: when its done its dash I would probably buy another one. Great value for money.

We are passionate Multi car Mahindra owners. We run them for our business but our current Pikup, like the last, is deteriorating quite badly from rust. Such a disappointment. It is in again at the Panel beaters having rust cut out so it looks presentable. I just don’t think they are made to last.

Tony is rude and unwilling to help warranty holders after recommending me to a dodgey service agent who destroyed my car now refuses to help
