We recently purchased a Kia Stinger GT from Motorama Kia Moorooka. Josh was absolutely fantastic. He and the team made the whole process from initial contact, to final pick up and drive away so streamlined and transparent. The team are all friendly, professional and great communicators. The transaction was easy and our vehicle arrived earlier than expected which was an absolute bonus. Thanks team. Living on the Gold Coast the drive up was worth the customer service we received. good service is hard to find and this team set a very high standard. We would highly recommend you to everyone we know and would definitely come back for another purchase n future. The whole experience was a pleasure. By far the best car buying experience to date. The Team are transparent and effective communicators and make your buying experience easy and well - enjoyable. There isn’t any pressure to purchase additional packages, just options to support your needs and wants. Kayla is an excellent sales member to deal with and whilst I recommend her, any member of the Team will provide an excellent Customer experience.

I purchased a new Kia Rio from Motorama Kia Moorooka very recently. Geri, my salesman was awesome! All the other staff were very accommodating too. Nothing was too much trouble. It's not every day one buys a new car, and personally, I found it a little daunting. Geri was always at the end of the phone, and looked after my needs perfectly. I've given 5 stars, and would have given them 10 if I could. And incidentally, I received a beautiful red ribbon tied in a pretty bow, sitting on my little Kia Rio, waiting for me..

I had such a lovely experience purchasing a new car through Kia Moorooka. I was kept in the loop at all times regarding updates on my vehicle. Due to literally everything happening in the world right now, my car was delayed by a couple of months. The sales staff, in particular Courtney, went out of their way to ensure I felt as included as possible.
This was also the first purchase I have ever made of a brand new vehicle and everyone at Kia Moorooka made the process super easy and took the time to answer all of my questions (and to make sure I understood their answers!).

The team at motorama made the potentially stressful process of finding and purchasing a brand new car, absolutely delightful! Joel, Jordan & Josh bent over backwards to make sure we were well looked after, got what we needed and that the whole experience was seamless! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars!! Cheers legends

I will preface my review by noting that there are Supply Chain Constraints at present. However, our experience with Motorama Kia Moorooka was very poor. Early June, we locked in a contract on a Sportage that had been "ordered" from Kia and was due to arrive by the end of September (I have attached a photo of the whiteboard in the foyer of the dealership showing this). We had a baby due in November and needed the larger car and the Dealer was well aware of this. On these promises from the dealer we sold a car in Mid September to help fund the purchase. Then the mistrusts started happening - we were told via email from Josh on 17/9 that our car was "Awaiting final components" and would be approximately 4 weeks delayed. Weeks passed without any communication from the dealer. It wasn't until Mid-October (5 months after signing a contract) when I contacted the dealer asking if we could cancel our contract that we received a further update that our car wasn't going to be made this year. This left us scrambling for a new car in a market constrained by Supply due to the poor communication and customer service by Motorama Kia Moorooka.
