Had a great experience with Frag, the whole process of trading in my old car and getting a new car was so easy and quick. Made the deal on Tuesday, picked my car up on Wednesday after the tinting had been done - so fast and easy. Would highly recommend Bigboxcars to anyone looking for reasonably priced cars, where the sales people are honest and don't pressure you into buying.

The service seemed very good before you make the payment because they have the motivation to sell. However, as soon as an issue rise up, Jack is reluctant in helping me resolving the issues. He also said he will help me contact the workshop to arrange the time but he never got back to me. You will be lucky if you have no issue with the car after you purchase it from big box cars. The good service before the sale does not deserve a good review, it is what the service they offer after the sale during the warranty period that really matters.
