Jay was excellent in helping me find the perfect car to suit my needs. He was informative about all the specifics and features of the car. He regularly communicated with me to keep me updated on the progress of my car. Handover was wonderful and they made the experience of buying a new car a great one. I would definitely recommend!

Just had a deal with Matty in the service department and found him very helpful and honest, a credit to the place, I highly recommend this organisation and will be going back for motor vehicle sales and service in the future.

The people who work in the service department are great. Very good at communicating and friendly.

The person who answers the phone number on maps is not good at communicating with the service team which has lead to parts not being ordered and incorrect information being given to me about a safety recall.

I now have to make another booking because of her lack of communication.
Very frustrating.

My family and I walked in on a Saturday without any booking for test drive to Hyundai Moorooka and met Anthony. Without a fuss started talking about the Hybrid cars available to us in stock and took us for a test drive. He answered all our questions with great detail…
Unfortunately family and I made a very hard decision not to buy a new car due to interest rates increase for the home mortgage..
But Anthony still kept positively replying to my emails happy to help us again in near future..

What a good bunch of people. Hyundai Moorooka were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was inter-state and was interested in a Palisade they had - there was pretty much nothing they didn't go out of their way to do. Shout out to Anthony for putting up with what would be a pretty drawn-out sale in anyones book. He took questions, delays all in his stride. Michael (Finance) and Godfrey (Dealer Principal) always had a positive "can-do" attitude. Despite me causing delays in picking up the vehicle (by two weeks), they maintained their professionalism throughout the process. Go see them today!
