Had an initially good experience with this mob but I feel deceived over the extended warranty. I purchased a mazda from them, they told me that in order to ensure the validity of the extended warranty, I would have to get my services done through them. They neglected to tell me that if i had that servicing done via Mazda, the next 3 10k services would be free. I detest that kind of bad faith trickiness.

Had been contemplating getting a new car for a long time but always never felt comfortable enough to buy one due to past situations. Saw a car I really liked the look of in there used section that I just wanted to go look at, Graham (salesman) came out and greeted me, he explained to me all about the car and made me feel comfortable enough to go take it for a test drive. By the time I got back from the test drive I HAD to have the car. I drove the car of the car yard 2 days after and I love driving again.

Walked in, found what we were after, test drove, sorted paper work. Picked up our new car and traded out old car in the next day, couldn’t have been easier!!

First of all I am super happy with my new car and also the pricing for such a beast. The staff are amazing especially Justin, he listened to what I wanted and made sure to keep to car I was interested in. He explained the car really well and also took his time to show me how to use it as well cause this car has many bottoms and also the lock on the tray. They even put a bow on it 🥰
I did a trade in and got a pretty fair price for it as well.
The process was done really well and professional anything you wanted to know or ask they were happy to assist and even after the purchase they are still happy to help with anything, I don’t feel comfortable a lot of car yards cause there goal is to sell cars no matter but this place they are Genuine people and actually care for your process they got an awesome interest rate as well.
Now for the years to come I’ll be seeing them for services and also recommending them to my friends and family.
