If you want an affordable new car, come here! I love my new MG3. It's stylish and zippy too. Jordi, the salesman, applied no pressure and I felt comfortable with the whole process of buying a new car, as a single woman.

It’s been 7 months and I they still haven’t resolved my complaint. I even referred to MG direct 😡😡

I picked up my brand new car in January paid cash, easiest sale you could get!

My first new car in my life, got no nice bow.
Fuel tank only had 1/4 left in it
There were smug marks on the exterior and dirty windows
374ms on the clock with no explanation
I still haven’t received my MG car mats
I still haven’t received my gift pack worth $1000 and $200 BP vouchers!

You took my money easily but failed to back up your end of the deal!

I’ve phoned, emailed and posted on MG Facebook photo page but no one can acknowledge my issues.

I’m not a complainer but hell 7 months is beyond a bloody joke!!!

Absolutely love my brand new MG! Massive shout out to David who was absolutely fantastic to work with, very helpful and made sure to meet all of my needs and wants when coming to picking and finally purchasing my vehicle! Phoebe and Bella were also excellent and super efficient with their jobs. I never felt pressured throughout the process, the staff were genuine and listened to me every step of the way. Very happy with the outcome and can’t wait to keep driving my MG 😍

Had a great experience buying my first brand new car. I'd like to commend our sales consultant David Dalton for his great customer service! He was very efficient, honest and made my first big purchase so easy. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to my friends and family.

As for service, once they had handed over the car - minus certain parts and accessories- & incorrect parts installed-the service was lacking to say the least. We went through this dealer on positive reviews we had found. This was not our experience at all. No follow up, we chased them. Errors on documents. Misinformation. 3 Price changes in 24 hours on a part we had requested information on at time of purchase/handover 5 months prior.. Condescending email response to a request to confirm a cost, only to find out, that information was incorrect. Kept the vehicle overnight, without notifying us. Late to pick up, and drop off vehicle. No contact. Again chased them. Email correspondence to management not responded to. I would happily train the staff on customer service.

Partner was sold a lemon vehicle from here unfortunately. The issue was a catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. After bringing it back a week later, they failed to identify the correct issue and replaced the wrong part. After the issue was recurring, the vehicle was taken back a 2nd time and again failed to correctly diagnose the issue. Mark the manager tries to get you to "drive for a few weeks and see if it fixes itself" in an attempt to make the 1 month warranty run out. Very dodgy tactic and unimpressed with the lack of professionalism. Told I had a bad attitude when I was asking about whether they actually intend to fix the car properly or provide a refund. Avoid this place for used cars.

Danica the salesperson very knowledgeable and if you had a question. Danica would get the answer to you. Nice experience no pressure. The sales process was seemless and made the purchasing hassle free.
