They mixed me up with another client which resulted in me ending up without a car since March 2022. Then they didn’t offer a suitable compensation for the hassle and inconvenience that I’m going through due to this mistake. There’s no transparency about the details and the status of my order. And they failed to notify me of further delay when it was only one week until the due date of my order.

Where to start - when I bought the car was promised a certain interest rate and wasn’t told I had to put $3300 deposit in ( luckily I had it ) so couple that with the payments going up substantially ( due to not getting interest rate promised ) I am out nearly $15000 - delivery date changed that many times it went on for months originally told May then it was June then it was July / august then end of august then early September- ended up mid September - bring it in today for first service and was told on booking that the tint would be fixed on site ( had a bubble that wouldn’t go away ) only to find out when I get here it has to go off site to be fixed and could take a few hours had I know I would have organised a lift but now I have to sit around here for hours waiting - not good enough !!!! Never using them again the whole experience has ruined that new car feel - these people are soooooo unorganised and just constantly lie to their customers !!

We have been to mitshubishi showroom.. Brisbane city. Purchased pajero sport exceed.earlier sales person was zac with whom we did deal then next day totally new person when called to zac , he said he left job. And new person has no idea about what we purchased and deal. Customer service is just joke there.rwc was provided with 5 seat even if 7 seats. When showed mistake to staff member there ,they said its just minor mistake. Is it? Asked with correction. Still waiting for it. Finance lady there. Whatever you ask there more regarding loan and installment, not happy to answers your questions. You can easily read her face. Not good customer service what I was expecting.

Nicest deal done today on pajero sports , impressed by the staff. Good service and good car.. best deal done with bullbar and snorkel.
