Have owned a Citroen Grand Picasso for 6 years and have found service has been performed efficiently without a problem. I recently purchased a new Grand Picasso and this was executed well with 5 staff working to complete paper work and show the features of the new vehicle which is by some distance the best I could find in this class of vehicle.

Hats off to Jacksen Scriven of Brisbane City Citroen for helping me find the last Citroen C4 Cactus available in the country with all the options I wanted when no dealer in NSW could/would. Jacksen went the extra mile to help me purchase the car from interstate, have it delivered it to Sydney, and then organised a temporary registration for me when I changed my mind and decided to collect it in person and drive it back to Sydney instead. His knowledge of his products and the history of them makes him a real pleasure to deal with and he takes a genuine delight in seeing his customers happy with their new purchase too. Great job Jacksen, keep up the terrific work.

Brisbane City Citroen does an amazing job! my air conditioning is sooo cold they are so friendly and helpful. They also have good prices on tyres. I highly recommended if you have a Peugeot or Citroen vehicle to use them for servicing!

I'm absolutely delighted with my new Citroen. Everyone at Brisbane City Citroen has been amazing. Daniel Gough (Sales Rep) was exceptional and went out of his way to get me the best deal. He kept in touch to let me know when the car would be ready for pick-up and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect before I drove away. I also had a great experience with Lynda who arranged all my extras. She was helpful and not pushy. I really felt like it was a customer-first business. Thanks very much!

I had a leaking fuel pump, I used their service to see what was wrong. Their mechanic told me that fuel pump, neck and sender are broken and need replacing, quoting me 2500 dollars. I got really unhappy and got my hands dirty trying to fix that fuel pump. After 30 minutes of work I discovered that everything was fine and only the neck needed a proper tight finish and the leak is now gone. I am warning everyone not to blindly trust this service as they are total idiots (or think I am).

Terrible customer service, quoted 4 months for supply of simple parts like a side mirror, the car remained in their shop, the service manager doesn't return calls, there is no while you wait servicing, When notification sent to advise parts have arrived and to please book your car in. I phoned to advise they have the car and to provide update on collection of car, no return call for 4 days and waiting.
This is by far the worst dealership I've had to deal with.

BAD. highly overpriced, refused to fix something for warranty, said i needed tyre rotation and balance for another charge. Upon driving home a major warning light came on.....I was terrified....it was the tyre underinflation lamp. I rang and the guy could not have been more condescending, telling me to pop in and they would fix it (i don't live within popping in distance), learn to do it from the manual....I expressed dismany and concern about how well it was done and i would have to check all the pressures and would not have gone ahead if i had any idea the job may not have been done. I asked for my money back for the tyre work and after his rude replies that they don't charge for air or resetting the computer, I said i would contact my credit card company. He said 'good luck' and hung up! WOW . That is rude as ####

Previously, my car was scheduled to update the map within three years warranty. They told us on the phone that it was free during the warranty period. However, after the service, we were told that it was over the warranty period and charged us more than $300. We clearly stated that (when we made the appointment over the phone) we did not need to update the map if we had to pay for it. It is a very unpleasant experience i'd say. We tried to contact the centre afterwards but they seemed not interested in hearing our unpleasant experience. That's why we think maybe we should tell the story in other places instead. Like here.
