I recently bought a M2 from Dutton One at Windsor. I was very impressed with the level of customer service from the Finance Manager Aaron. He went to lengths to ensure my needs were met. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a prestige car.

I cannot rave about Andrew enough. I bought
a Range Rover yesterday after quite a drawn out purchase (from my side) and Andrew was not only so incredibly patient, he was so obliging with requests for more information and helping me with the banks and insurance requests. Next time I’ll just finance through then I think (sorry Andrew).

What impressed me the most, is once I bought the car I had a USER error (the car is very fancy with digital everything and I miss read the fuel indicator), I rang Andrew and he went out of his way to help me and didn’t even laugh at me when he worked out what I had done, I would have. Honest, reliable and so helpful.

Cannot recommend buying from here enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had a range rover delivered to Melbourne by Andrew couple weeks ago without even looking at it in person,it was spectacular just as Andrew described it. Was really impressed can't thank Andrew enough for his efforts. Roberts not a bad bloke either 😀😀

I'm originally from Melbourne and purchased a Range Rover Velar from Andrew at Duttons in Windsor QLD. I initially rang Andrew about a different vehicle but it didn't have what I needed. Andrews customer service was amazing...I never saw the vehicle or met Andrew but when the car arrived in Melbourne it was everything I wanted plus more....he was helpful, honest and always contactable. I did all my checks on the price of the vehicle and I was very very happy and impressed with what I received and what I was promised and what I got. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a prestigious vehicle in immaculate condition at a great price....They will find the car you're looking for even if they don't have it on site. A wonderful overall experience and I would not hesitate to use them again to purchase another vehicle. Big shout out to Andrew and the team at Duttons....very professional and most importantly abundant with integrity.....thanks Duttons...I'm over the moon...good job 👏 👍 👌 🙌 😀

I would like to say that upon visiting Dutton One with no real confidence or knowledge of the final car I would purchase I was lucky enough to meet Mr Kevin Fox. His formal and genuine manner made purchasing a BMW through Dutton One a very enjoyable and easy experience. He went above and beyond to give me product knowledge and share his long experience in the industry. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the car we have purchased and would still be shopping around I’d be guessing if it wasn’t for Kevin. Thanks again Kevin and Dutton One. Highly recommend!

The worst experience I had ever have. I called one of their sales person today at 3:40, a man who sounds like I owe him a Power Ball ( I don't think he is a qualified sales person very rude).

I was looking for new model of Z4 as my daily driver because I have a 992 now in Hobart. I really like that car because it is a fun car to drive as a daily basis. There is no new Z4 in Hobart and even all Australia.

So, I made a phone call to discuss the price nicely and that man said WHY I ALWAYS MAKE SILLY OFFER, that what he actually said to me. After that, I was so mad at him. How do this kind of person find the job. If you don't want to sell the car for the price I offered, just say it nicely. I am teaching you right now. Customer service is your basis for you job man. It is really ridiculer as a sales person and how dare you can say something like that.

In summary, go to other dealers. Problem solved.
