We went to Brisbane City Skoda just to have a look as we have pretty much decided on getting a Volvo but after seeing the Skoda Kodiaq RS, everything about Volvo went out the window.

Aside from the price point and amazing features of the RS, the customer service on this dealership is *beyond amazing!*.

*Jacksen* is by far the best sales person we've encountered in our existence on Earth. Very knowledgeable and genuinely cared for us.

Just imagine getting a call from your sales person every month on schedule to give you an update, or moving schedules to fit ours. It's the little things like these that make the buying experience extra special.

Shoutout to *Zac* for being the best business manager/finance guy ever! Thank you for being patient with all our questions and for explaining all our options. Your expertise allowed us to make a well informed financial decision.

Rung 3 times now about booking my car for a service and have had no response. Every time I ring and go through the prompts, it eventually goes straight to a recorded message. Have left my details and no response.
This is not how you run a successful business.
I've never had this much trouble, simply making a service booking, with any other manufacturer.

*On a side note, waited on hold for half an hour to the Skoda Australia toll-free number before being hung up on.

Our experience with Skoda Brisbane was great, even though we made the purchase interstate.
Jacksen was great to work with, always professional and happy to answer questions. He was clear and direct and always kept in touch to let us know the progress of our purchase, which alayed any fears we had of making the purchase remotely!

I can't speak highly enough of the Brisbane City Skoda team and in particular Bailey. From the outset Bailey offered more than I expected. I was very happy with the deal, the delivery and the after sales service. He was prompt, available and patient when needed. He followed up on every detail and didn't miss a thing.
