Without a doubt the best service I have ever received from any Nissan Dealer in the country. As GTR specialists it was refreshing to have the very knowledgeable Service Team look after our 09 GTR R35 for a few minor updates and repairs. What made it next level was the fact that we live 1800kms away - Orion, the GTR Techs and all the service team bent over backwards to keep us updated at all times with progress. The extra attention to detail is what will see us use use and recommend Moorooka Nissan again. Thanks for the amazing service!

I bought a 2019 SL nissan navara brand new 0km on it in january 2020. Its now 2 years old with 80,000km on it and ive had nothing but issues.
In may 2021 i had oil leaking from my car so nissan repaired the intercooler pipe sealing, then in august 2021 more oil was leaking from my car to i took it back again. I was told the RHS intercooler hose was leaking due to the seal again.. i also had oil all over the turbo, so they removed and replaced the high pressure turbo assembly and associated parts.
In september 2021 my ABS tracktion control and Diff light was coming on while driving trying to engage. It was recommended to replace the diff from the work procedure they performed. Tried to tell me it was my fault.

I have had the car serviced every 20,000km like i was told. Recently had my car serviced in may 2022 at 80,000km and was told everything is fine. I then drove it for 2 weeks and then had a burning smell and smoke from under my bonnet. Took it back to nissan and they have now replaced again for the second time the intercooler pipe leaking oil so much that it covered the a/c belt in oil, also having the radiator hose replaced as it was rubbing on the a/c pulley, coolant leaking aswell, the a/c belt was also replaced as it was soaked in oil to the point my engine was covered. Now i have an engine light on in my dash not even a week after having it back! Its a bloody joke. I would never ever recommend a nissan to anyone. This car has been nothing but an issue from day dot!

I emailed nissan to ask what they could do for me as its 2 and half years old and brand new, a brand new car shouldnt be doing this!!! I got no help i was basically told this is WHY i have 5 years warranty. I will NEVER buy another nissan again usless and extremely unhelpful and unreliable cars.

Gary the salesman has 3 decades experience. He is a gr8, genuine guy. Michael & Andrew the Business Managers are both top blokes. Smooth dealings. Love the Patrol. Thanks Legends.

i was expecting good customer service as i have been dealing with this dealership''s service centre for over 7 years with my old Nissan Pathfinder, however their sales team is nothing short of appaling. i contacted them in Jan on regard to the new Pathfinder however they advised they have not heard anything back and for me to keep an eye on the Nissan website for more details. When i again contacted them in July they were very happy to take a deposit for the new vehicle and promised that i will be contacted in Aug on regard to arrival dates\pricing and events. Its now Sep and i had not heard anything back. Clearly they do not like returning customers so i thought its best to take my business elswhere and their buy back price of my 2016 Nissan was a absolute joke to say the least. Shall not return and will never recommend this dealership for any sales. Probably the worst Car Sales team going around.

My Navara broke down while under the Factory New car extended warranty which I purchased when the vehicle was new. Was told that Nissan doesn’t handle the warranty anymore and it is in the hands of a third party and that would have to pay for the repairs and if it gets approved I would get my money back. Contacted Nisan Australia and they said this was not correct and that the dealer had not lodged a warranty claim. They said they would get the Service manager to contact me. He never bothered to contact me. Day after I complained my money was refunded. No apology from either party. Not good enough Nissan.

Such a great crew. Came in for a last minute look and we're so glad we popped in before we settled somewhere else. I thought it was really great that Todd(the owner) took me and mum to look for cars when the team was busy. Todd, Michael and Gary are amazing people. Very informative, helpful and approachable people. Especially when the car was for my parents retirement and my old man's 66th birthday gift. Highly recommended staff. Really wish I bought my car here. I wish you all the best in the future and great health. Highly recommended 🙏🏾
