Very helpful team and patient with organising interstate purchase and finance, right down to organising a pickup from Brisbane airport to the yard.

finance guy ruined my credit by filing to 10 different lenders without my consent and now has made it impossible for me to secure a loan until another 4 months has passed. Finance department was lazy and unprofessional did not want to contact me and was bothered whenever I tried calling in. Ruined my first car buying experience. I'm blessed i had this experience because now I know how to deal with you kind of people.

Great service and Jason was very helpful and proactive, from the first moment of contact he surprised me with personalised digital footage of the vehicles I was interested in and I was very impressed, he went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my trade in and ensured my new car was to my satisfaction, I found my experience with salters to be very pleasant and refreshing with no pressure and they had a great range of vehicles and services to choose from, I would definately visit them again in the future.
