1000% would not recommend!! If I could give them no stars I would. They sold us a car that in the first week had its coolant pipe burst. Now the car won’t even turn on. We’ve replaced the fuel pump and still nothing. This has only been about 4 weeks since purchasing. The break light has gone out and the suspension is rubbish. Contacting them is next to impossible. I would not trust a single thing they say and avoid them at all costs. Scammers for sure, and money hungry. We are now stuck with a dead car.

I recently seen a vehicle for sale at this car yard,, i was interested and messaged if it was still available,, i recieved a message saying " yes."
I drove a distance to arrive and have a Guy come out and said that he sold the car 2 weeks ago and more for what it was advertised for,, by $ 3000,
Very confused and angry.

Definately do not recommend to any not willing to waste some cash. My partner and I saved for months to buy a car for our family (we have a 6m old) and so he could get to and from work. We settled for a $5000 car they said had no issues and has been serviced and well maintained. From looking it looked fairly decent car. Couple days later heating problems arrived, we took it in to be service to find out some radiator hoses are not working at all and is overflowing water out of the top, water in the engine oil, a cracked engine mount,/ head gasket, grinded bushes and rusted roters and brake pads. The car should have never passed a road worthy yet here we are. Without a car or money to fix it... we are in the midst of the mechanic, the warranty place and fair work to resort the issue as the warranty does not cover alot of the things wrong with the unsafe car they sold us.

We had a great experience with these guys. They negotiated a great price with us. Encouraged us to find faults as they were happy to repair immediately for us. The windscreen had two chips and the back light fitting had dust in casing both rectified on the spot. We didn’t feel pressured. The year warranty has given us piece of mind. Happy😃

Very easy to deal with family business, prompt responses, fast turnaround time on doing the deal, and they delivered the vehicle all the way from their dealership in Brisbane to my Burleigh Heads address which I really appreciated.

Some feedback - the car was delivered dirty which kind of ruins the experience a bit (grass on floor, sticky cup holder, dirty outside, grimy in gap of car seats). Also it was advertised as coming with full tank of petrol but it was empty. Nothing major, just some nice to haves.

So the initial experience with these guys were awesome went for a test drive in a Jeep Wrangler they had for sale, everything seemed okay, upon purchase of the vehicle with in the day or 2 some very noticeable engine performance issues had come up with the car so I rang them to get it all sorted, they sent me to a auto electrician to get one of the more minor issues sorted but I felt like they had just ignored the bigger issue being the engine issue, upon further inspection of the car and a few opinions from mechanics and other jeep owners I had found that there is quite a bit wrong with my new car, upon trying to ring them again on all numbers given and used previously it goes straight to voicemail with no answer or return call. Unfortunately I have been forced to go to talk to a lawyer and am in talks with the consumer ombudsman about what I can do. If you do wish to buy a car from these guys just be triple sure that it is mechanically sound and roadworthy

Almost bought a car off them, but glad I didn’t in the end. Too many red flags unfortunately.

I went to look at a car twice, second time I put a holding deposit on it, they said they’d give me a week to decide and that it was fully refundable and that “depending on my bank, 2 days max I’d get my money back”.

There were a few things missing from the car (passenger head rests, glove box lid) and it had a broken lock on a door which I wanted to be fixed if I was going to purchase. At some point apparently I was told it had previously been written off. Only when I pre-read the contract did I truly discover this and bought a RevsCheck to see why it was written off. Because of the information on the reason being written off I decided I didn’t feel it was safe for my children nor any passenger to be driven in the car. Also the price they were asking was FAR too much for the condition of the car, especially after reading the RevsCheck.

Friday, I called to let them know I’d changed my mind about going through with the purchase as it was only being ‘held’ for me. They told me the car had just hit a curb which is why it was written off, but the paperwork told a different story. Too many ‘car yard salesmen’ antics I felt by this point.

I called twice the next day for my $500 (apparently their MINIMUM holding fee, they asked for $1000 at first) to be deposited back into my account which they agreed but funny enough, it hadn’t been done even after asking for my bank details and being told that it would be done by the end of the day (Saturday).

I called back Monday and they said it wasn’t their job to refund the money but the accountants, and because of this it’d have to be done on Wednesday. That is 4-5 days AFTER I’ve requested for the refund of my money and they’ve asked for my bank details.

By end of day Wednesday both my husband and I are calling in the afternoon and by 5pm I finally get my deposit back. The deposit coming from a private bank account, instantly… not the business’ account (what happened to the accountant?).

MJ and Yasamin seem like lovely people, but I wouldn’t trust them again and I’m glad I didn’t end up buying a car from them.

Unprecedented customer service. I bought a vehicle and encountered a difficulty after approx 3 weeks. The knowledge of my vehicle and how to "fix" it was better than vehicle owners manual. Instant results after 1 phone call, and I was on my way. These guys are just so lovely to deal with. Unpretentious and they genuinely want their customers to be happy and secure in the knowledge that even after the sale, the customer remains happy. As a female who has previously been ignored by car salesmen (waiting for my husband to arrive), it is refreshing that my gender did not affect how I was served. An honest 10 out of 10 from me.
