This company was very obliging and it was very pleasant to deal with them.
They kept me informed of the progress while waiting for their new cars to arrive and again once delivery was made to their premises.
I picked up my new car 🚙 this morning and it was presented beautifully all wrapped up with a big bow on top. It made the purchase extra special.
I cannot find fault with anything they have done for me.
I am grateful and very happy 😊 with their service.

My husband and I have just purchased and picked up a Ford Mustang from Moorooka Ford after placing our order 10months ago.
What a wonderful handover experience of our Mustang we had last Saturday. Our salesman Julian was superb. His enthusiasm and great pleasure and joy for us was so obvious. We felt we were not just another sale to him, but a " special" sale. We found every interaction with him to be a pleasure, no pressure and not the " typical" car salesman approach!!! He took the time with us and the time to set up all the " techo" stuff!!! He treated us with kindness and respect and recognition of our age and stage in life (a couple in our 70's). It has been truly a pleasure to deal with Julian during this whole process. Love the service and care. Had the misfortune of a faulty Adblue heater 2 days before a much anticipated road trip to Sydney and Melbourne. Nathan not only responded to my cry for help on a Sunday but also booked me in (with out a prior appointment)to get the required part replaced in time.

Perfect experience from start to finish. Both Nathan and Damien delivered exceptional service on the purchase of my new car and trade in of my old. The whole process was much easier than what I anticipated and the Ford team managed the heavy lifting aspects. Nathan was constantly available to answer questions or assist in the finer details and Damien made the transition from vehicles swift and simple. Every aspect of purchasing a new car was covered which was amazing. The pick up process was extremely uncomplicated and both Nathan and Damien made the experience exciting. The delivery and car itself was perfect and everything covered from start to finish was explained and understood. Would not second guess returning when the times comes. Could not fault a thing!

Massive thanks to Nathan and his service team for helping me with a few issues I had with my 2012 Ranger during its statutory warranty period (purchased from Springwood). They’ve restored my confidence in Motorama, Ford and my Ranger after rectifying the issues in a timely and friendly manner. The team were more than willing to address any concerns I had, no matter how minor or silly it might’ve been. They even sorted out a recall which I had no idea about.

I recently purchased a V6 Ranger off Josh Love. Everywhere else that i enquired, I was given no confidence in delivery times.
