The guys there came and Took away the car i had left in my front yard in literary 20 minutes and paid me cash on the spot for it. They even gave me back my battery when i asked.
Great service Great business.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
Waited for 6 hours at the collection site(an auto shop) and couldnt do their job right -
At first I was told their truck would be arriving in 2 hours, then I called 5 times during the day and every time they said the driver was on his way. Should have called another company but I kept waiting because it was 4pm. I rang again for the last time and been told that the driver was LOST and couldnt collect my car on that day.
I booked for another week, the driver came to have my car collected but he mistakenly collected my number plates together with my car. Followed by late transaction(which was $100) and excuses to reject my enquiries. I sent them an email to request for the vehicle cancellation form with their signature so I could cancel my registration, however, the manager have replied and told me to go to the office to collect the plate so I could cancel it by myself. Still cannot cancel my registration because of their mistake.
Don't use their service if you don't wanna waste so much time waiting for them and trying to communicate with them properly.

Agreed on price over the phone when they arrived to collect the car they changed their tune and offered half the price we had already agreed. Their excuse was that the car was 'too old' even though we had already discussed the age of the car. What a waste of time, I get the impression it's a regular occurrence.

I got rid of my car here, and received good cash price. Very friendly service. The process was fast and efficient. Thank you

Great guys to deal with. always fast efficient and offer a good amount of money. cash on the spot makes things simple and the driver even removes the plates. will definately be using these guys in the future.
