Josh was fabulous to deal with, no pressure, just good info and chasing down all the answers to my questions, including lots of after hours texts when I finally had time to dig into the info. He helped us into a car in the pipeline that had just landed into the country, ticking all our key feature boxes, which meant zero wait time. He was super flexible on the test drive to fit around our child care limits, and happily took our price up the line to help us get a good deal. I found the entire team to be nothing but helpful while trying to buy my new car. No stories about delays that other dealers talk about, they had a good range in stock and I was able to buy my new car and pick it up next week. Very happy. Have been meaning to leave this review for a while as I purchased the car several months ago.

I went to this dealer after a terrible experience with Brisbane City Skoda to purchase an Octavia RS. I knew what I wanted but just wanted a decent drive to confirm. The young sales rep Joshua was great. Super keen to help and has a genuine interest in cars and performance which from recent experience is actually a rare find. I went from a 10 minute road test in school zones with other dealer to a good 35 minute run with winding roads, highway and traffic. A real test and greatly appreciated, particularly when buying a semi performance car.

The sales process was quick and easy, and I had the car in about 3 weeks. There were a few minor issues with the car on delivery however these were all quickly sorted in the following few weeks when I had the time to drop the car in.

I can't speak for servicing yet but the sales side of things the experience was great.

Josh was sure to keep regular communication with us regarding the delivery of our new vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure everything moved swiftly and smoothly. The whole team including Andrew and Melissa were sure to go out of their way to assist us and get us in our new car as soon as possible. Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Skoda Octavia with 6 years warranty in November 2016 and it got serviced at Mt Gravat Skoda service dept regularly every year. The water pump started to leak and I tried to book the repair before the warranty expires - 30 November 2022. I called the Mt Gravatt Skoda dealership four times on Friday the 25th October and explained the urgency of my call. The receptionist told me every time that the service dept is busy but someone will call me back. Of course no one called me back. I left another two messages on Monday and when a person finally called me back they told me they can't look at my car before the warranty expires and they can't honour the warranty after 30 Nov despite me calling before the warranty expiry. The other store honoured the warranty and will repair the water pump on 7th Dec.
I am extremely disappointed in their approach to problems and warranty claims. However they are overly sweet and full of promises when they want you to purchase a car there....
