I drive from a regional area to Brisbane and have my car serviced by Southside Honda where I purchased my car. Although this trip, I was directed to a building that Honda had moved from a couple of weeks back, to directly across the road which made me a little confused. But staff were as usual very attentive, professional and polite. Given they recently moved operation, stress levels and disorganisation wasn't noticed at all so well done to the staff. Car was serviced in good time, left clean and collected at the door. Gotta love Honda. 5 Stars again!

Very poor customer service from the service department. I requested to replace my windscreen wiper blades during the service. After I paid for everything and picked up my car, I found out it had not been changed at all. They insisted the part had to order it from Melbourne. The service manager promised to call me back the next day to explain what went wrong and organise someone to fit the part for me.
Never received a phone call from any of the team. After 4 weeks without any call back, I called them again and they said the part was finally ready. I took my car there and I had to wait for nearly 2 hrs because they ordered the wrong wiper and said my front wiper assembly needs to be replaced??? Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience from them. Luckily I could check the wiper myself this time, what happened to my fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs or other hidden things? I have already lodged this issue to Honda Australia. I hope they will take some actions as well.

Honda was the only dealership I went to that acknowledged me and spent the time to show me cars and answer all of my questions. Steve was so great and made buying my first car so easy! Such a great team and customer service

Satisfied with my first servicing here after the problems from Indooroopilly. Although I wish they didn't take my hand sanitiser bottle and buddy Calvin (sorry if I spelt your name wrong), where is my complimentary car wash? :'(

Overall, thank you for your wonderful service! Glad to not hear my car brake squeaking when reversing.

Brought a new car last year, wanted to get the windows tinted. Took them 3 times to get it right, each time 1 hour return trip plus time off work. Went back again this year for the first 12 months service. Spoke to them on the phone and made the appointment. Show up on the day and my appointment was missing. Not recommended. They can only sell cars, cannot service. No apologizes.

Smooth process of buying our new Honda. Mr Aiden Jeong who helped us at the store is very friendly and help us through the car driving trial and even after picking up our car when we pick up our floor mat accessories (and help us to fit it out). Thanks for making sure our experience of buying new car went smoothly and exciting.

Came here for spare parts. Extremely expensive. Service not the best as was left waiting for 30 minutes for a paid pickup. Lower carpark is unsealed. Hard to actually find out where your going. Entry's poorly signed and internal areas not signed (was queueing at service desk not spare parts due to total lack of signs).
Noticed some staff acting unprofessional due to it being late in the evening and them at their whits end. Could be a tad friendlier.
