Great customer service, the team go out of their way to help out even if it's just for some shampoo! The make up team are so helpful, Nathan always has some hints and tips available and if such a friendly and kind face to have around. Their sales are always very handy too!

I am a regular customer, they know me. Would not swap over clear nail polish in black bottle bought in error 2 days ago (unused) for black nail polish of the same brand. Took them more time to discuss than the value of the product. Then they were going to phone someone, what nonsense. Their policy no receipt, no exchange! I didn't think I would need to retain receipt for nail polish. NEVER AGAIN PRICELINE. Prefer Chemist Warehouse anyway, they have stock on their shelves and cheaper!

I only give a low rating as the pharmacist showed nil interest in my conversation (informative), made me slink away feeling very foolish. People skills are handy... also I was not asked if I wanted the Chemist own brand, nor that they didn’t have the specific medication requested on script.

I have been a customer of Belmont Discount Pharmacy for over a and I have always thought of the team there as a second family. They have looked after me throughout my serious and complicated medical journey and I am so thankful for every interaction over the years

However after confronting the manager(Geoff)in regards to a consequential incident which occurred recently, I feel as though I must proclaim attention to his behaviour as he took advantage in a hugely negative way of his position.

As I proceeded to bring the topic of conversation to his attention, he not only interrupted me aggressively but also was not willing to admit any fault in which human error may have occurred. His actions also meant that I was without principal medication for three whole days. I was on the cusp of a visit to the ER at this point and suffered major side effects because of this.

During our conversation, his conceited mannerism’s meant that I was unable to explain the events which occurred that unfortunately led to a very emotionally and physically experience for me personally. Geoff made me feel as though I was frivolous and made a damaging remark regarding my own personal situation which I believe primarily reflects his own personal insecurities.

He tried desperately to rely on an ad hominem argument throughout the entire conversation which just solidified my opinion of him being egotistical and curt.

I have witnessed on several occasion Geoff shout, curse and belittle his staff members (which now makes me realise that even customers of his business are also not void of this kind of treatment).Does he not comprehend that his employees are the lifeline to his business? It is not his “exceptional” dispensing qualities which sets his pharmacy apart from the rest…it’s the brilliant, compassionate customer service his employees provide each and every day who make all the difference. The high staff turn over is an obvious example of his inability to recognise how important they truly are.

After observing previous proprietors in Geoff’s position conduct their service and behaviour toward their customers, I am now 100% certain that he needs to learn how to be a more empathetic and compassionate human being. I truly hope that no one else has to endure the behaviour I received, all because instead of trying to rectify the situation and admit liability, Geoff could/should have conducted himself in a much more professional manner.

As customers, we rely on pharmaceutical businesses to help care when we are at our most vulnerable and it is because of this appalling encounter, that I have now taken my decade long business elsewhere, as much as it wounds me to do so. Please remember Geoff, that it is in your best interests to remember to remove yourself from your pedestal for the benefit of everyone who you come into connect with…it will serve you well.

Been coming here for years but since the change over to “Discount Drugs” I’ve found the service has deteriorated. While the staff are friendly when you interact with them it’s the lack of staff that’s the issue. There never seems to be enough staff to wait on the customers waiting in line, so consequently the wait is often quite long. I have observed this most often on weekends. Perhaps they just don’t want to pay the extra wages for extra staff on weekends. Anyway, after standing in line today, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I really appreciate the service they provide here. It’s a great local chemist I am lucky to have down the road

I’ve been to this pharmacy twice and experienced outstanding customer service on both occasions. Every team member I’ve encountered has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful – especially the pharmacy assistant who served me yesterday around 12pm.
Great range, great staff!
