I placed an order online for a Donjoy iceman after the hospital my husband was in utilised them. It was competitively priced & dispatched early the next day. I received tracking notifications & it arrived well packaged. When I had called to ask a question regarding the item the staff member was helpful, knowledgeable & polite. Would certainly recommend

This is such an awesome pharmacy. We have been going here since my 12 year old son was a new born and it feels like they know us personally. All the staff are excellent, the product range is fabulous and the prices are great value for money. Thank you SuperPharmacy Plus!

The staff and service at Super Pharmacy Plus are great and highly recommended.

I am a regular due to the easy access and the helpful staff.

There have been many times where I have been unsure about a medication or what products I would need for recovery or an injury and every staff member that I have spoken to has been helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

They stock a large range of items for hire from shower chairs, wheelchairs, a heap of other mobility options, baby essentials etc.

They offer vaccination services and baby services along with prescription delivery if required.

The phone app makes it super easy to order prescription medication or non prescription medication to be collected at your earliest convenience or delivered to your home.

Purchased an item and had to follow up after a week to see if it would be posted only to eventually be told I would be refunded. Purchased the item elsewhere then had to chase the refund and now they won't process and sent the item instead.
Really bad service would recommend buying elsewhere.

The instore experience is great but online the experience is horrendous - 1 phone number on website but can only be contacted via email 2 Advised out of stock after 2 days contacted and was in stock 3 Took 7 days for a local delivery which I paid extra for them to use Sendle which was a day late from their delivery promise. 4 The chair was rated 160kg online plainly written on frame 140kg on arrival (I gave up and kept because I needed the shower chair and could not deal more poor service)

Such nice and kind staff they have. Super thanks to Brownryn for explaining to me a lot of things I wanted and needed to know. She didn't have to but she did. Much love and appreciation for the customer service that this pharmacy has.

I rarely post reviews, especially negative ones but this is important.
My 85 year old dad needed a new lighter walker.
The one he wanted was out of stock at all the local places so I went online. A couple of places had them but told me that they were out of stock and awaiting delivery.
I went onto the SuperPharmacyPlus website and they were marked as in stock.
Ordered and then after a few days it was still marked as ordered and not sent so I emailed.
They emailed me back to say that they were awaiting delivery!
I emailed again and checked on their website and it still said in stock.

They are still available to order as we currently have stock on the way to us.
If you would prefer to canel your order please let us know, otherwise we are expecting stock to arrive and we will get your order dispatched once we recieve it.

This was after a week.
I have checked and legally companies can do this but come on SuperPharmacyPlus is this the best way to treat customers.

My parcel arrived today. I was delivered to the wrong address down the road.
Two weeks and one day later.

Not happy with the people servicing in this pharmacy .. I came here last weekend to ask for a nasal
Spray .. I have high blood pressure ..I am asking which is good for me to have … so blah blah the guy recommended Otrivin Nasal Spray .and said I asked the pharmacist ..while waiting waiting because the pharmacist was on the phone .. he called me over here please .. After talking to me for like 10 minutes explaining and plus the wait .. HE THEN ASKED ME …HAVE U USED this BEFORE? I just said “Man are u kidding me ? After all the time u have spend talking to me and recommending the product ?? Walked away and said to him NO Thanks .. not ever again I’d rather drive to Chemist Warehouse Kedron . Its ashamed because they are our local pharmacy here in Stafford .. they had some bad new staff doesn’t know how to attend to customers ..
