Totally unprofessional. I was made to discuss my personal & embarrassing ailments in front of other customers & then the chemist decided what medicine's I should have totally ignoring the GP's advice, recommendation the script & the law. They refuse to follow the law & rules & operate as a law unto themselves. Recommend going around the corner for a more discreet service. Left the store feeling humiliated & dirty & I was following the law & GP's advice.

I hope the owners appreciate what wonderful staff they have. I thought ‘customer satisfaction’ was a thing of my fossilised past but no... it’s still alive & kicking. Best service I have received in a long time! Staff are well-informed, knowledgeable & up-to-date! Two steps ahead of my Specialist even. Thank you to the lovely staff member who followed through regarding Covid vaccinations for the immunocompromised & explained everything clearly to me.

Can not thank the ladies enough for their professional and caring service. Being told by chemist wharehouse Wynnum nobody stocks my medication unless I want to go to acacia ridge (usually go to terry white manly but was closed) yet driving around the corner to be able to get it from Clara st pharmacy. Would not be able to sleep tonight without this pharmacy and the lovely ladies there. Would give more stars if possible
