Priceline Pharmacy Sandgate

Very helpful the service is great and the staff are really helpful and alway meet you with a smile and put you in the right direction what ever your needs are

Staff are friendly but junior staff are generally not knowledgeable.

Specials are worth a look at. However, in general prices are not cheaper than several other Pharmacies in the area.

Sandgate is extremely competitive with 5 pharmacies competing within 500 metres of each other. Locals go we have as many pharmacies as we do Cafés.

It's a nice store but the staff need more intensive training and I found something here that was $40 more than Chemist Warehouse at Sandgate but they did price match it for me after looking it up. which was the right thing to do but a lengthy unnecessary hassle.

I typically won't shop at franchises or chains, however I'm glad that I stepped into this pharmacy a few years ago. Even though it is franchise, it is run as a local chemist that is a part of the community, and not just there to move volumes like some other companies.

The pharmacists, particularly Natalie is very friendly, knowledgeable and takes a common sense approach to helping her customers. I have seen her patiently working with elderly and taking the time to give information in plain English.

Rather than going to a high volume McDonalds type of chemist, give them a try and like me you may be surprised at the service and pricing offered.

Absolutely amazing customer service ! Natalies help if by far the best I come across ever!! I will always come here from now and on!
