Majority of staff are lovely, especially Manager Rimal who is extremley kind. Very convenient as it is connected to the General Practice and is open till 9pm weeknights, however pharmacist Adrianna is very rude. Over the phone and in person.. doesn't smile and is unpleasant to have an encounter with. I have phoned up and asked questions that may seem stupid to her, but a question is a question and she has an attitude even over the phone and makes me feel like I'm bothering her etc.. so its much nicer when another pharmacist is on, for me personally.

As a Personal Care worker caring for clients who are in desperate need of Home-delivery medications. ChemPro have provided excellent service and delivery, ensuring all prescribed medications are given correctly and on time. Spent 40 mins on hold to wait for someone to answer still no bloody answer .sick of hearing please call back later . unbelievable will never recommend this chemist

Have always gone out of their way to look after me whenever I have ran out of medication (script advances etc). The pharmacists also seem like they genuinely care. Most recently organised for medication to be delivered when I was in isolation with Covid. Was easy to organise and delivered free of charge. You won’t receive the same level of customer service and care getting your medicines from a large pharmacy chain.

The staff here always seem friendly and efficient. The pharmacist checked that I thoroughly understood the medications I'd been prescribed and ordered in some specific medications for me with no fuss. The open hours are convenient, too.
