Tiffany RUDE incompetent assistant manager. Order was wrong the 1st time so we called to make sure the 2nd was correct & spoke to Tiffany who said she checked it herself. When the 2nd order got here it was once again incorrect (hashbrowns instead of chicken mini)
When I called the 2nd time she swore that she "Personally checked it" even tho it's still the wrong order, corporate is being reached out about this location. LOOK at all the negative reviews just about the staff!

Ordered a market salad for take out, grilled chicken was not edible. They also forgot to send the dressings. Disappointed to say the least

Just had to wait 23 minutes to get my food. I finally received my food and I asked her where the ice cream is and they said oh we gave it to you already. Oh thank you for giving me my ice cream with the drinks and letting it sit out for 20 minutes. That does not make any sense. The girl did not apologize or offer to give me new ice cream. She just walked away. I did not have time to wait even longer to get out of my car and go get new ice cream.

Ate here a couple of times. Everyone knows this is Chick-fil-A. The lines were long but they got the Car moving along. My food was not as I would have expected it to be. My order was completely wrong I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal with a strawberry shake. The only thing I was able to say was correct was my condiments. The chicken sandwich was cold the lettuce was withered my bread was soggy and i know everyone can attest to this. The waffle fries are never filled to the top in the box and my shake was runny. Are we on a shortage of potatos? So even though I sent it back they kept getting it wrong. They brought me out a grilled chicken sandwich meal ans that was not what I ordered. It was someone else's order.

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect, and that's a good thing. Fast, friendly service, even when they are absolutely swamped during the lunch rush. Ordering ahead for curbside or drive-thru pickup via their app is very convenient.

WARNING BEWARE. Hair in my food (pictured left going into sandwich). Very Disgusting. Staff not wearing hair nets either. This happened previously to my mom at the same location during breakfast. Done eating from this restaurant.

ALWAYS missing good items. They NEVER answer the phone either. They make you pull up when your food isn't ready and rush you out. Then when you get home and realize the food is missing; you live so far away you just want to call to get a refund but lo and behold THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. SO FRUSTRATING

The food is good but the management really needs to quality control the order takers.

I’ve held back in giving this review but it’s been the 4th time in a row where they messed up my order. Missing items, no condiments,utensils, and missing kids drinks are not an exception anymore, it’s the norm.

It’s now come to the point that it’s my job that they get the order right. If that’s the case, maybe they should change the pricing model for the location. It’s a shame because every other location has higher quality
