Great customer service! Good food! Just discovered the online ordering option practicaly no wait for food!

Love this place. The staff is always so nice and polite. The restrooms along with serving area is always clean. I have to recommend the Beef and Cheddar Smokehouse Brisket sub. It is by far the best I've had.

I give 5 stars to the Milton location. GM greeted me herself . Food was perfect guest services were perfect. Reagan and Marcus were great as well. All very friendly. I hope the owner is aware of how to show his appreciation to his GM as well as her staff for the wonderful job they have done .

Had a craving for a sub so I stopped.

The bad, I ordered a medium Italian with no onion on white to eat in. I got a medium Italian with onions on white to go.

The good was I am a big boy and can take the onions off and even though I missed one, my day wasn't ruined. I am not sure if I have ever been to this one before so not sure of the procedure, the one I usually eat at will bring it to my table when I eat in but they gave it to me to go so I don't know. I took it as they didn't listen to a word I said. I will say that when you eat a Firehouse sub in right away, it is the best ever. Service was fast and friendly just missed the mark on accurate. Not bad enough to dock them on stars. I would eat there again if the opportunity arose.

the staff was so sweet and hardworking! they took great care of me and the food is always so amazing! i placed a bigger online order, i didn’t see a place to tip on there & i had no cash:( but, they all definitely are very good at their jobs. thank you guys!

First time I had a rude employee in the 6 plus years I have been going here. Acted like it was a bother to take my order. Work on your customer service skills Desmond. The other 3 people working there, super friendly.

Just ordered from here. I overheard the cashier telling someone they need to change their gloves after doing something. After taking my order she started wiping down tables while her coworkers teased her about doing her job. I just wanted to say to Laken that someone actually noticed your attention to safety and appreciates it.
