Unfortunately, our last experience getting take out failed to meet our expectations. The quality of the fish served is no longer very good. And the size of the pieces have gotten smaller by a considerable amount. This has caused me to rank Captain D's as only acceptable if no other option is available. Sad, as we enjoyed an occasional visit to this restaurant.

If you have any coupons do not go to this captain D's as they will not accept any of them. The say they do not participate in coupons. I will not be going back to this captain D's either as they weren't very friendly at all. I do not recommend.

Had lunch, they were quite busy but service was good, well coordinated, friendly. And the food was prepared well and I was very satisfied. I just always forget to ask for my senior discount!

I was blown away by how tasty, hot and fresh everything was. I had grilled white fish with lemon pepper and it was delicious. It came with a tasty roll and two sides. The green beans were seasoned just right and the fries were amazing. My husband had fried fish that came with hush puppies. It was equally amazing. The staff was friendly and our meals were prepared fresh. The building itself could use an over haul but it was very clean. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Seemed in rush for us to order. No other customers at time. Could of been more helpful. First time there since Covid. Food was over cooked--shrimp. Fish was--not know what kind and did not give to daughter. Not kind of fish as past. For $35.00--high price for quality. Not go back.

I used to enjoy coming to eat at Captain D's when I wanted fish but was short on time. But, over the years I have watched the prices go up and the size of the filets get smaller. The ones I got where about an inch wide. It reminded me of of oversized fish sticks. The restaurant while showing its age was clean and the staff was friendly.

Ordered drive-thru, no cars before or after me, but only found out after driving away that the order was completely wrong - it was correct on the receipt and not a busy day, but the sides and the order of clam strips were not included. Guess they couldnt be bothered to cook anything but fries atm. My mistake for not checking before I drove away I guess, right?
