Pollo Tropical

I love their Caribbean cuisine. My favorite dish from here is rice and beans, yellow rice, and vegetables soup. Also, the salsa and cilantro garlic sauce are a must addition to my orders. In addition, my daughter loves their cheesy Mac and cheese. Finally, I like the fact that they close late. They open at 10:30 am and close at midnight.

Highly recommend bring a whiteboard, and write out your order instead of explaining it. The cashier must be new because first of all she did not hear me right and just put pork but I asked for pollo and pork, also I asked for “all the way” and also didn’t receive that here is some pictures, just got home sweet home and found out order was not complete didn’t have “alltheway”.

Went today food not so great I receive 5 slice of avocado not good size should of taken the picture but only have in side

My rating is about price this is crazy price pollo Tropical started changing. One small rice just rice is $3.73

If you’re gonna order by drive thru make sure they put everything inside the bag. They forgot an item. Never trust them. I learned a lesson today.

The server at the window was very rude. She gave me my sauce in my hand, I had the ask for a bag. When I said something the Manager Joey was very rude and dismissive. He actually walked away from the window. I went in to talk with him and he walk right past me. Not sure why people apply for customer service job, when they are not customer friendly

Recently visited this location again. Meat portions - very, very minuscule. If you ask for meat, they’ll treat you like you’re transitioning to vegetarianism.

Didn’t have to wait a long time for the rice and beans with chicken, onions and peppers which taste good. Side of sweet plantains are burnt. Went through the drive through and didn’t check the bag before driving away. Reached home and too lazy to drive back. (A lot of places are having trouble finding / keeping good workers. Maybe staffing is low. This is the result.)

Good food. The place could have been cleaner, but it is a typical fast food joint so what do you expect ?
