Wingstop

I stopped in to get something go eat. My service was fine. I ate in the store and had no issues.

This was my first time at a “ Wingstop” location. The store and dining area seemed cramped and dark. The staff had no passion or pizazz and seemed flat. The food was good and tasty. The fries are plentiful. The floor in the dining room was sticky and tacky therefore I’m giving this establishment four stars ✨. Nothing to write home about. I got 10 boneless wings(real chicken), one dipping sauce, carrots and celery instead of fries and a 20oz fountain drink. Under$15. Staff was efficient and friendly. Establishment was clean. Food was fresh and taste good. I took a star off because you order at counter sit down...get up get food and sit back down. Not my kind of place. There was a constant stream of customers. Would I go back? Yes

My boyfriend and I decided to place an order to be delivered. We received stale and tasteless fries, flat sodas and didn’t get the side of Cajun corn that we paid for. Due to it being so close to the closing time, I gave them a call in the morning instead. I spoke to Esteban, the general manager. He listened to my complaints and made it right. He offered to comp our order the next time we went in and while we were there, he threw in a few other extras. Customer service at its finest.

Horrible experience I hate it there . I went there twice and both times were frustrating . Very unprofessional and give inaccurate timing on when the food is ready . They told me 10mins when I arrived after placing an online order that was supposed to be ready . Then After that told me I had to wait an extra 20minutes on top of the 10mins . So in total they are taking 50mins for a 10piece wings . NEVER again! They don’t even show concern or Nothing to make us feel better after all this dam wait. Horrible !!!!!!!

This wing stop is horrible, I ordered through postmates and was supposed to get my order at 11 pm. By 11:45 I still hadn’t gotten my order and the postmates drivers kept canceling the order. Then wing stop cancelled our order completely and when we called to ask, they declined our calls.

On the evening 26th of December 2022 stop to get some wings fries drinks and stuffs, but I honestly think 1 star 🌟 is the most I can give .the staff there have no customers service ethic whatsoever, nasty attitude, not willing to give any details on anything, I finally placed my order and I asked for my chicken to be well done she says ok 10 to 15 minutes then I stayed there for about 45 minutes, and all these times I stood up right there , they never say anything to like ,sorry for the wait time some like that. But completely ignored me the whole time. Now I approach another dude who serve the food ,I said to him hey brother what happened to my food, he looked at me raise his shoulders and say to me" Well you asked for well done so" from that moment i understand the whole long wait time was on purpose and when I got the wing got the 20 tiniest crispy wing in the history of the tiny crispy ever. If you don't believe me go on atlantic Blvd margate you'll see for yourself. Trust me that was first time ,and it won't be another time there

Honestly for my experience today if I can leave 0 stars I would. I have tried to give this specific location a chance and honestly have realized that the evening shift is beyond disgusting and rude. The manager of this establishment should be very ashamed of the people he has representing his company. I have witnessed during this shift not one cook or server fixing the food wear gloves. I have also witnessed one pregnant cook touch and scratch every single portion of her body and proceed to fix the food. I have witnessed a male walk right into his shift clock in and DO NOT WASH HIS HANDS, THEN PROCEED TO FIX FRENCH FRIES. THERE WAS ONE YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN GIRL WHO TOUCH ON HER PHONE THEN PROCEEDED FIXING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES BETWEEN COVIC AND SO MUCH BACTERIA THAT CAN BE TRANSPORTED ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE FROM YOUR HANDS IS BEYOND DISGUSTING, to BE FIXING CUSTOMERS FOOD WITH NO GLOVES.
I cannot even talk about the customer service experience beyond disrespectful to every last customer served. I will be reporting to health inspector and whom ever franchises this location. I hope that the owner reviews this comment because he will soon lose business because of how this evening shift is running his business.
