My brother ordered a flowering greens basket online for our mom on Mothers Day, for the Monday after. Not only did our mom get it when we asked but it was beautiful! And Terry even added a nice butterfly to the basket. Our mom was very pleased with her surprise! Great work Terry, especially when I'm in Colorado and my brother is in Illinois. :)

Terry did our wedding florals and she did an outstanding job! I have received many compliments, and when delivering the flowers, she was even so kind as to bring our dogs treats! :) I know nothing about florals, and she was so calm in working with me and helping me to create a vision. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Terry's for several years now. She did my brother's funeral and the arrangements were unique and personalized .Please do not confuse her with an online business called Terry's FLOR IST. She is compassionate and has heart and it shows through . I also stop in from time to time to time to get fresh Flowers for my house. Beats the prices of the local grocery store flowers. Always fresh.

I wish I had done my research .. This company is awful !.. what is wrong with florists these days .. Tip for the owner .. Don't advertise what you don't have !!!

I placed the order today .. a text tonight .. we don't have that so we are sending a basin with flowers !!! 😡

I called Terry to order flowers for my granddaughter. I told her granddaughter 's favorite colors and she put together a huge, gorgeous bouquet and a surprise teddy bear! Above and beyond what I was expecting. Absolutely fresh flowers. I do not live in the area but Terry was recommended to me. She was awesome! Thank you!

Placed a phone order 5 days before a celebration of life. They called me at closing time the day prior to the event to cancel my order, leaving me with no flowers for my mother’s service. They claimed they “weren’t open on Saturday “. Yet they took my order 5 days prior. Definitely do not recommend this business, I’m so sad that I can honor my mother because of this business

The WORST customer Service I have ever experienced!!!! There are several other florist in the area, do yourself a favor and call one of them. This company is a total joke. I am still waiting for flowers that I ordered and paid for yesterday to be delivered and it's 36 hours after they should have arrived. They still weren't delivered and they are closed for the day.
