For the last 14 years I’ve bought a Bromiliad (among other things) for my table in a screened in patio. They have always been fine. About 10 days ago I got one that soon developed big yellow spots on the leaves. I took it back which was an effort. It’s heavy.
The owner blamed it on the plant being in the sun. I said it sat where they always sat every year. Not in the sun. She then blamed the unusual heat. All that was required was a gracious ...”sorry ..I’ll replace it”. What she said was “I’ll replace it this time but not again”.
And then she repeated it!!
Where’s the small business customer service attitude? This woman never smiles. if her personality isn’t charming so be it. But to treat a good customer as if she’s doing you a big favor is unpleasant and unwarranted. Who wants to have to return a sick plant.
She should value loyalty in a customer and do what’s right in a gracious manner.

I love this place. They have an exquisite selection of plants - bromeliads, orchids, succulents and so much more. They have pots and planters - and houseplants large and small. My experiences has always been very good - with helpful, gracious service. Very friendsly and ready to be immediate help or to let me wander. Such a good resource for our area.

I'll be honest I never been here but I've heard great things and saw awesome plants from pictures, plus the responses from the owner are great. I love businesses that interact with customers. Soon to be customer !!

I've now bought healthy plants from this buisness twice. They make sure to ask if you have questions and my plants are thriving.
The selection of house plants are popular and some harder to find plants.

Gorgeous plants and a beautiful variety of pots. The staff is very helpful and the plants very healthy.

I've never been inside, I've seen the orchids they have outside and they look great, soon I'm going to buy some orchids

Was very impressed with not only their orchid selection, but the rare shade loving plants we also purchased here. The staff was professional and knowledgable and answered all of our questions about fertilizer and plant care. Will be returning again soon.
