Easy to order and the flowers could not have been more beautiful! This is the first time I have ever had a florist text me a pic of the actual arrangement before it gets delivered and they upgraded order for free. This is also the first time an arrangement has arrived looking better than the sample pic from the website. Excellent communication and product.

Can’t say enough about Otown Flowers and it’s proprietor, Axel. Placed an order for a special bouquet to take to our cousin we were in town visiting. Not only were the flowers stunning, but Axel went out of his way to make sure we could pick up the arrangement after normal business hours. Our cousin said it was the most amazing floral arrangement she had ever received.
