Open Rose Florist

I ordered the plant basket on the right for my mother’s 69th birthday. Well aware that it stated that it may not look exactly like the photo and completely understanding that. Well, as you can see it looks absolutely nothing at all like the photo! Was expecting some changes but this is not even close to being what was advertised on their site. Full understanding that sometimes plants are not available however their choices should better reflect what they are selling and delivering. False advertisement. Owner claimed to give me a refund. That is to be determined yet as it’s still pending. I’ve ordered flowers online plenty of times and never experienced something like this.

Had them do a family wreath. My mother just passed away on July 2nd and it was beautiful. She loved colorful flowers and all flowers they (Open Rose) were great. Highly recommended.
