WORST BAKERY EVER!!!!! I asked for a princess cake for my daughters birthday. The cal I was presented looked NOTHING like the cake I chose. It looked like a child drew on it. They didn’t even add my daughter’s name on it until I begged them 7 times. They were nasty, mean and absolutely disgusting. They didn’t take ownership and responsibility. They didn’t even admit to their awful mistakes. It was a horrible experience and an absolute joke. STAY AWAY!!!!!

If you like waiting in line this is the store for you...managers do not care about people waiting inline...unless someone says something...otherwise they could care less...same with management at corporate....they will continue to lose business...as people continue to use their competition and other options to get their products elsewhere that does not require unnecessary waiting to make a purchase and give them business...

11-6-22. I went late Sunday, using every coupon, mystery code, etc. I am VERY upset because in all the years I have used the app, I have had mystery bonus points, big big ones, many of the 40X ones, and every single time, I asked cashiers if I was getting them. They ALWAYS said if I had the app and entered my phone, they would be put in. Last night I finally had a guy who spent 3 minutes explaining how it works, that any bonuses, discounts, specials on the app, they had to scan my phone, never before was l even asked, I went through all the old receipts I could find. I have lost well over $300.00, bare minimum. I am a loyal WD guy, but truly Publix workers are in a class of their own. WD tries, but in terms of operations, seamless uniformity, and especially the onboarding training, and customer centricity, I know the C-Suite is aware, but culture eats strategy for business every time. They will always be the store that customers will lead with a negative experience first, until they adopt a seamless customer centric model, which is well beyond this little review. 🤓

Absolutely the nastiest retail worker I have ever encountered is working in the deli/meat section. HUGE attitude, down right surly. Someone needs to remind her that she works at a Winn Dixie, not a prison cafeteria.

Be careful out there folks!

Nice store with a good selection. Has a fair selection of kosher sushi, deli, and pizza. Cashier's line was a bit slow, but expected. Overall good experience.

Probably one of, if not, the best Winn-Dixie in the state of Florida. The store is super clean, they have an Awesome Deli (one side is regular and the other side is Kosher). The deli food was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the checkout lines went very fast 😊👍

Not a Winn-Dixie shopper and needed some flowers on Easter Sunday and they were open.
