I immediately got a confirmation email and it showed a store in Doral will be delivering the arrangement.
The next day nothing was delivered. I got an email mid day saying the delivery was unsuccessful but I didn’t need to do anything and a delivery will be attempted on the same day. The arrangement was not delivered. I called on Sunday not realizing they were closed. On Monday I tried calling them for over two hours while I was working and no answer. I sent 2 emails and no answer. On Tuesday, finally after another couple of hours of dialing someone finally answered. A lady who said she was one of the managers. She was abrupt and rude. When I told her I was very unhappy about a delivery that was never mind, she checked my order and said , it’s Miami Gardens store call them if you want to yell at someone. I wasn’t yelling, I told her I was very upset. She gave me the number and hung up on me. I called MG store and spoke with Annie who seemed sympathetic and told me she will call me back in an hour. Two hours later I called them back and spoke to Nara who said Annie was with a customer. I asked for the owner to call me. I really thought the owner wants to know what’s going on in his store. The owner never called. I called back on Thursday and finally Peter the manager ( of Doral and Miami Gardens)
Called me. He was rude and insulting. He said the zip code was wrong and I asked why no one called me to confirm and he said they have. I told him I have been on the phone for several days and my present was never delivered so why would I be lying. He told me the money was refunded to me. I checked my bank account and said it has not been refunded and he called me an incompetent woman who doesn’t even know the correct zip code and hung up on me . This is a kind of customer service you will receive from Peter and his staff . It is obvious that the owner and the manager don’t give a damn about customer service and it shows in their employees attitude. Shame on them.
PS . I still haven’t received my refund.
