The store was neat and clean. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I had called prior to my arrival and the staff member was friendly. Once I was there, I was greeted by Carrie and she really took the time to make sure I had a great experience. This was my first time at an edible arrangements store and she was very patient as I looked through to buy my husband a gift. She was kind and friendly, she made an amazing arrangement that my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to see! Ty Carrie!!!! He loved it!!!!

So on 7/17 at about 5:20 pm I went in to your store and was assisted by Carrie. She was very customer friendly, had excellent customer service, with a beautiful attitude. She didn’t rush me and treated my order as if I had came in at 10:00 am and not at the closing hours of your store. These are the type of customer service providers that you need to have in your store. Please give Carrie a raise and cut the other mean, unprofessional associate workers that you have working in your store! 💯😳

I have been a fan of edible arrangements for years. I have sent arrangements to my family and friends many times but my first experience with Miami Gardens location. I placed an on line order on 6/26 for a birthday present for my brother to get delivered on the 27th.
I immediately got a confirmation email and it showed a store in Doral will be delivering the arrangement.
The next day nothing was delivered. I got an email mid day saying the delivery was unsuccessful but I didn’t need to do anything and a delivery will be attempted on the same day. The arrangement was not delivered. I called on Sunday not realizing they were closed. On Monday I tried calling them for over two hours while I was working and no answer. I sent 2 emails and no answer. On Tuesday, finally after another couple of hours of dialing someone finally answered. A lady who said she was one of the managers. She was abrupt and rude. When I told her I was very unhappy about a delivery that was never mind, she checked my order and said , it’s Miami Gardens store call them if you want to yell at someone. I wasn’t yelling, I told her I was very upset. She gave me the number and hung up on me. I called MG store and spoke with Annie who seemed sympathetic and told me she will call me back in an hour. Two hours later I called them back and spoke to Nara who said Annie was with a customer. I asked for the owner to call me. I really thought the owner wants to know what’s going on in his store. The owner never called. I called back on Thursday and finally Peter the manager ( of Doral and Miami Gardens)
Called me. He was rude and insulting. He said the zip code was wrong and I asked why no one called me to confirm and he said they have. I told him I have been on the phone for several days and my present was never delivered so why would I be lying. He told me the money was refunded to me. I checked my bank account and said it has not been refunded and he called me an incompetent woman who doesn’t even know the correct zip code and hung up on me . This is a kind of customer service you will receive from Peter and his staff . It is obvious that the owner and the manager don’t give a damn about customer service and it shows in their employees attitude. Shame on them.
PS . I still haven’t received my refund.

My first experience ordering with them today was terrible. I placed my order online at 6 am for my co workers birthday with the store located in doral. At 9 a.m I received an order confirmation through email with my order number and the store information. At 1 p.m I thought it was strange that I had not received a call with a time frame or any kind of communication other than the confirmation email. I called the store and spoke to someone explaining to them my concern only for them to tell me leave me on hold for 10 minutes, then another person answered the phone asking me again to explain what I had already explained. After explaining for a second time I get hit with the “our store does not deliver to your zip code”. Mind you after 7 hours of placing my order no one in the store found it important to call me and let me know that information. They then tell me that I must call the store that my order was assigned to, I call led the new store and they were able to find my order and provide with me a time frame. To finalize my bad experience I received my order incomplete, I ordered a Happy Birthday Confetti Box Bundle only to receive it without the balloon. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

This is the second time i use this location for an order. If i could give it zero stars i would. On both occasions the deliveries were not delivered on the day paid for. They didn't even give an explanation all they said is it couldn’t be delivered even tho the recipients were home. They didn't even ring the doorbell, just left a note and left. One driver even went as far as asking the recipient for a tip for the delivery. Never seen such horrible service and its only happened with this location.

Placed an order at 12:50 on a Sunday for same day pick up. A simple order. Got a call about 20 mins after the order telling me their decorator left for the day and they can’t complete the order. What type of business is this ?? I was advised the person went home because it was slow. SMH. What’s the point of having hours if you just go home when you want to?? That’s beyond poor service and now I have to go to another location way out the way. Just overall disappointed. & still waiting on my refund.

The sign on the door clearly says that the business is open Monday - Friday until 5pm. I’ve went there more than once at 4pm and the door is closed. I’ve even called to make sure and the person picked up and hung up and then when I called back she answered with a negative tone and I asked “Are you guys closed?” And she stated, “Yes”. Mind you it was only 4:15pm. If you guys are not going to be open until the time stated online and on the door you need have new signage. I wanted to get something nice on my way home but of course to my disappointment I couldn’t because you guys were closed earlier than what was posted.

I was able to place the order the night before and pick it up at 1:00 p.m.! Awesome! Thank you edible arrangement staff for your service!
