Edible Arrangements

Doing this review on behalf of my sister in law, who is in Venezuela and wanted to surprise my brother on his birthday. Simply just NOT what we were expecting for a total of $46.63 (including $14.99 of delivery fee!!!). The presentation of the strawberries NOT what shown on the web picture. Extremely disappointed... and they delivered the day after his bday. For a "special occasion" industry... zero. Your goal should be to make other people happy, not go trough a disappointing moment on a special day. Hope they improve (or at least charge less than that!)

I purchased two arrangements and a tray of cookies for some of the staff at my daughter's school. Originally, I placed the order for pick up. That morning, after something came up at work, I had no choice but to have them delivered. I called the store in North Lauderdale, and lucky for me, I was taken care of by Heather. She took care of the all the details and was professional, courteous, and very friendly. The arrangements were even better then I expected. The staff was very happy as was I. If the owner / management reads this review, give Heather a raise!

Lack of communication. Order was never delivered. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service. Could not get anyone to pick up the phone to even get a refund for not delivering the goods. I will be disputing it with my credit card company.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered a dessert box, flowers and balloons (2) for Mother’s Day. I placed my order with more than 24 hours in advance (Saturday morning) and the order was just delivered at Sunday evening. And look at what they delivered. It’s horrible. Smiley faces for Mother’s Day? I paid more than a $100 and this is what you deliver? Never doing business with Edible Arrangements again. Don’t waste your money. Buy somewhere else. I should have read the previous reviews, it seems everyone had a bad experience too.
One bad store can ruin the reputation for a whole company.

This store is the worse in communication, customer service, and order fulfillment. I made an order on Sunday for delivery to my wife on Thursday for our anniversary. I called and ensure it would’ve come early due to us having plans and I was told no problem. Now today July 21, 2022 I called the store for an update on the order to verify why the order hasn’t been delivered and this rude, inconsiderate man said he saw no notes and deliveries are done 12pm to 5pm to residential places. I asked so what can be done because we have to leave home by 12:30 and he kept repeating the same stuff so I said so that means I have to cancel or what. This rude guy asked me my name I told him then he said, “your order is cancel and your refund will take 24 to 48 hours to your account”, I was so shocked, extremely shocked because I didn’t know this place was so incompetent in giving good customer service, in apologizing for the inconvenience, in finding ways to fix the problem. I did not even agree to a refund but got one right away from the rude worker. I think this store should close and get customer service training on how to treat customers and be effective, problem solving employees. I wish I could give this store 0 stars for horrible customer service from that male employee that opened today and carried his personal problems to work!

I should've listened to the bad reviews. No sense of good communication can be found here. Placed an order for a friend who had plans, order was to be delivered on her birthday. Called the store was told only one driver available, this was an hour after being told that they would arrive within the hour. Had my friend cancel her plans to wait for the order. Called back at 5 minutes before closing no one answers! I am enraged!!!!!!!

Update, the arrangement was nicely done but I still feel the same about the service.

I ordered a curbside order to be picked up at 9:00. I get here at 9:00 and call no one answered so I call back at 9:05. I was put on hold and was never taken off of hold so I hung up and went inside. The lady came out ( straight short hair) and had an attitude she said “I just got here so give me 15minutes) I go ok and walk back in after 15 minutes. She than says their drying and will be done in 10. Needless to say 45 minutes later I got my order. Don’t have 9:00 as a pickup option if it’s not gonna be ready till 45 minutes later.

Edit* Placed an order for mothers day to be delivered and the arrangement never showed. After a few days I was personally contacted by a store manager who not only apologized for everything that happen but also upgraded the order. for my previous review it was wrong and ill patient of me to not wait a little longer to see how things played out during these hard times. Would 100% do business with these stores again
