Marco Island Florist Home & Gifts

We worked with Marco Island Florist for our recent wedding at the Hilton Marco Island, down the road from the florist. Tracy was our go-to-gal for everything floral, lanterns, etc. She helped us from A to Z and made our vision come to life from bouquet, to alter, to lanterns at the aisle, and the reception. If there was a mistake, they quickly fixed it and treated us so wonderfully. I have shared several photos from our photographer (Cathy Durig Photography) to show the quality of the flowers, and attention to detail that Tracy provided to us on our big day.

Ordered flowers for a friend for Christmas. Was very disappointed when she sent a picture. Not what I expected for the amount of money I spent.

Although I love this shop and the retail selections, I am not enamored of the staff and feel like I am an imposition when making a purchase. I have been there numerous times and each time have left with the impression that I should not be shopping there. For this reason, I will not return - there are other places to spend my discretionary funds.

I’m a master procrastinator and called at 12pm to have flowers delivered to my Tia no later than 3, they were delivered by 1:45 and the arrangement was STUNNING! Extremely reasonable price, the friendliest employees & they made my Tias day. If I could give 6 stars I would

I'm extremely impressed by how quickly my flowers were delivered! I'd originally placed an order with a larger, national company to have flowers delivered to a friend this past Monday, but by Friday when they still had not arrived with no explanation for the delay, I placed a last-minute order with Marco Island Florist. Two hours after placing my order, my friend received her flowers, and they were even bigger and prettier than the photo on the website! Thank you!

I order flowers twice a year for my mother. For years the arrangements were stellar! The last arrangement for Mother's Day 2021 was unacceptable, it was replaced upon request. As I have used this florist for years I again ordered for her Birthday. Delivery was confirmed but the arrangement never arrived at the only listed address, the address they have been delivered to for years. I called and the woman I spoke to told me that this was not possible and that the arrangement was delivered. I again relayed that it was not delivered. I was told that I was wrong and she didn't know what to tell me. She confirmed via phone the address to where they were supposed to be delivered and told me she could not assist me any further. I later found out that the arrangement had been delivered to her office that she infrequently visits. My mother learned this as a receptionist contacted my mother to notify her that an arrangement had been delivered. My mother had to go pick up the arrangement that was delivered to this incorrect location, a location that was not on my account as it is unknown to me. I never received a call nor an apology from the florist regarding their error. I paid for delivery to the address listed on my receipt and delivery confirmation. Unfortunately as Marco is a small island businesses can get away with terrible customer service and still succeed. A simple "let me look into this" would have sufficed, instead I was told I was "wrong" and that is it was "impossible" that they were not delivered to the correct address.
