Nordstrom

This is my go to spot for a rare solo lunch and they NEVER disappoint me at the Cafe! I had my favorite arugula pizza, beautiful crisp glass of wine , dessert and coffe! Pure perfection and this is always the case at the Cafe in Nordstrom. Also a great place to dine with kids, awesome menu, my baby loves the food and the prices are great!

Sad looking store with a very limited amount of selection as if this location is in the process of closing. Very few choices of clothing in any department. The few racks on the salesfloor were packed but with 1 item on the rack and few had a variety of colors of that 1 item.
The prices are through the roof as Nordstrom has always been known for thus explaining the lack of shoppers.
If you've got a couple of thousand dollars you're dying to spend on one outfit then this is your store! 😂

Of all the places at the Gardens mall, I find myself gravitating to Nordstroms often. Yes, I buy a lot from the store and opt for more quality than quantity. Frequent the bistro too because of their delicious meals and is often where I take my daughter for lunch with just the 2 of us. My daughter took shoe tying lessons there when she was 3. My daughters' first junior high prom dress was bought from this store. And, in the blink of an eye I recently had my daughter's dress altered for her upcoming prom. It is silly but true that this store has made life just a little bit easier for those milestone moments.

Daniella at the baby department went above and beyond our expectations helping us with online orders and discount for the purchase of our stroller. She provided excellent follow-up service and made sure we got everything we needed in timely manner and hassle free.

I love this store. When you can find a salesperson they are always friendly and helpful. They also awesome shoe sales especially for those with larger sizes.

The worst experience with Basia Wright as an interviewer she should not racially profile people. How dare you tell someone you’re just meeting for an interview that they don’t have no confidence you don’t know Me. How are you interviewing people and you don’t know the hours or the hourly pay? Very unprofessional.

I would not go back. You can't find anyone to help you find something and when you do find someone they try to dodge you and when they can't dodge you, they are rude and unhelpful. I ended up ordering what I need from their website. Will not waste my time going into the stores.
UPDATE**** DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. their delivery is slow and the company they use does not update tracking history adequately, so unless you have about 15+ days after the original delivery date to wait for your item to arrive, I would advise against and going through someone else more reputable.

Dennys helped us with all of our needs. He was professional, kind, helpful, and overall...amazing. He deserves as raise or promotion.... or both!
